I initially liked this product a lot. However, in less than a month I started noticing how the color and texture of the case was wearing off. Second, I noticed that the battery is not enough to charge the iPhone completely, probably something in the 80-90% range. Then I noticed that the charging port of the case started to become loose and it would work just under certain pressure. Finally, the inner port (the one that actually connects to the iphone) became loose and stopped charging the phone.I had read reviews about this issues but I still gave it a change. I have tried contacting the seller to claim the warranty but no answer yet. Do not make the same mistake, stay away from this product.

I wanted a case that would charge my phone, but also allow me to use my headphones. I didn't want to have to buy Bluetooth headphones, because then I have to worry about keeping them charged up in addition to my phone. I ordered a different case on here that had a headphone jack, but you had to connect to it through Bluetooth, which sucked. This case is slim, and it keeps my phone charged up. You won't find a better battery case if you want to retain use of your headphones.

After two days of use the charging/headphone lightening jack works only intermittently. Charging starts and stops, headphones work and then cut out. I bought this case because it had a lighting connection for headphones but that's worthless if it doesn't actually work.Update 10/14/2017 - After leaving my initial review I was contacted by the seller and offered a refund or a new case as they felt my original was defective. I received a new case and this one worked well until a few days ago when the same problem started occurring. It's too bad as if not for the unusable lightning port this would be a good product. Now I have two unusable cases.

I purchased this product September 2017 and it worked really well for a few weeks. However, I decided to disassemble it for a few days and use a traditional case. I tried to disassemble based on the user guide instructions, but the Lightning connector was loose and didn't disconnect with the rest of the case. It stayed attached to the iPhone. Be careful when taking the case off, because my Lightning connector is now separate from the case.I really loved this case for the few weeks it was working, but once the connector became loose and separated for the case I was pretty disappointed.The attached picture shows the issue.

It worked great for about two days and now it doesn't work at all, and I didn't do anything different or damage it. Doesn't charge the phone

The input they have for your charger is very loose. Normally I can charge my phone and use it at the same time. With this case attached I constantly gain and drop connection for charging. Very annoying. I have put it on the charger over night only to realize the connection failed and I only have 15% vs the 100% I should have from an overnight charge. The extra battery when you are out and about is good but I actually feel like I am charging more now cause I can't multitask. I just have to charge my phone and walk away. Not impressed...

Great case with great battery life,it gives my phone the extra battery needed to go the whole day with an overnight charge for the next day.This case holds up great and the surface coating feels very good in your hand.It is very nice that you can listen to music with a lightning headphone and get charged with a lighting cable.Absolutely worth the money!

This case is a good combination of protection and battery charging. I normally go out at 8 a.m and back at 9 p.m. This case can definitely support my whole day usage. Since I use battery intensive apps a lot, I do not need to worry about the battery consumption anymore. The case is lighter than what I expected. Actually, I feel the same when the phone is put in my pocket with and without the case.The case looks nice as well. Perfect case!
