Purchased these for the ceiling in my home golf studio with full simulator. These tiles not only look great they hold up amazingly well to a stray golf ball from time to time. I addition they also provide some sound absorption properties to help keep the noise down. I tried nearly everything before finding these. I highly recommend these for wall or ceiling protection and sound isolation.

So far only a hand full of them have failed to stay stuck to the wall. 1 of them didn't stick because it seems like the adhesive used got the end of one roll and begin of the next and was all sorts of messed up.

I bought these for my 10yr old sons room for the sound benefits but also because they look so cool. The house is modern with black, gray and white so I chose those colors and it looks amazing. I sort of wish I had purchased a bright color to pop in a few places but he likes it this way. They were super easy to apply to the wall with the self adhesive backs and I’m sure will take half the drywall off when it’s time to remove them…. I had to adjust one and almost thought I couldn’t remove it at all…. But then it came off along with a healthy layer of paint…. It’s Ok. I’ll worry about that later. He’s only 10 now so they will be up for several years, I’m guessing. If you don’t want them to be super sticky you could dumb down the adhesive a little before applying it to the wall. It’s SUPER STRONG. You would not have a problem with these coming off the wall, ceiling, wherever you decide to put them.My son helped organize the color layout and put them on the wall too…. Super easy.**Also…. An added wonderful perk… **If you have kids who play VR you know exactly what I’m talking about when I say that the wall gets damaged to he*l, not to mention the damage to their knuckles and the expensive hits to the hand controls when they get lost in virtual land and forget they are actually still surrounded by 4 walls in their bedroom…. I’ve done it more than once myself so I know it’s not their fault... I’ve taken out walls, desks, people, small animals…. It happens. These are great for that…. It’s not pillow soft but a lot softer than the bare wall and could help to avoid having to replace an expensive hand control…. Or worse, a hand! A huge benefit I hadn’t thought of prior.I chose these after looking everywhere because I wanted self adhesive and these are a little bigger than most others that look identical but if you read the description, are much smaller. 10” vs 14” is a huge difference and well worth the added cost. You won’t need as many of them so the price ends up being a wash anyway. I added a photo that shows 2 packs of gray, 2 packs of black and one pack of white. I think there were just a couple left when I took this photo… I had to cut one to fit around the outlet…. Note: they are NOT easy to cut. I should have used my table saw but thought I could cut it with heavy duty, large tin snips… nope. I ended up throwing that one away but that’s OK…. Still looks fine without that one and I’ll use the table saw if I decide to attempt to cut one again.

We placed it on the ceiling to minimize noise from the room above. They are easy to work with and attach easily to the ceiling. They work very well to reduce noise, and we are happy with the outcome.

If I recall correctly I heard these had issues sticking for people and that they were "wall safe", however these were either falling off or stuck so well they have completely destroyed the drywall they came off of.If you're a tenant I would not recommend these unless you want patching practice. Already 5 hours deep into drywall repairs from these. Already threw them out and WILL NOT be purchasing again.

I took a chance and eyeballed the tile placement without measuring or using spacers.This took me about 30 - 45 minutes and definitely livens up the room, makes walls feel taller, and helps with noise reduction.I am very pleased with how easy installation was and recommend these tiles!For some reason, the pink tiles did not adhere to the wall as well as the others, so I used spray adhesive on the troublemakers.

The pieces fit together great. I had a plan for the design. So my son and I brought my bedroom door into the dining room so we could work on it more easily. We laid all the pieces out per my design for the pieces. Because of how I had planned the design there was more cutting that I had expected.It was worth it though.Tips:Pull the paper halfway off, one at a time, and it will save you time. Carefully match your sides and points . Take your time. The adhesive that is on the back is extremely sticky. So make sure you apply the hex pieces one point at a time. You don’t want to have to remove it!

I did not find that this product made a noticeable difference for me.
