Couldn’t live without this. Have back problems. Can’t bend down to pick up things.This is so handy. Actually now have 3 of them. One for kitchen, one for bedroom andone for garage.

VERY handy device for picking up items at ground level without bending or above your head without stretching or using a ladder. Easily folds in half and stays open when opened up. Grippers are very easy to use and securely grip whatever can fit between them. We own three of these to keep them near where they are most needed.

It doesn't have enough strength to actually pick heavy items up and hold on to them. The folding part broke the second time I used it. At this point, it won't pick anything up because it's broken. It's really thin metal on the grabber part too. If you accidentally slide your hand down that super thin metal at the top, it slices your hand like a knife. My hand can attest to it.It's cheaply made, doesn't work well and broke within hours of getting it. Generally a bad purchase. I will try a different grabber/reacher. This one just wasn't any good. I try to find something good about anything I review, but when the product can't be used for its intended purpose, it's sort of hard to give it any favorable comment.

This is a great grabber. Even better than the one I found in my messy garage a couple days after it arrived. Oh well...

POOR CONSTRUCTION! I HAVE 3 OTHER GRABBERS (DIFFERENT MAKES) AND THIS IS THE FIRST ONE I SHALL CALL CRAP.NOT STURDY. tHE FOLD IN CENTER OF LENGTH, DOES NOT HOLD WELL; LETS IT WEAVE & WOBBLE. :-(tOO MUCH TROUBLE TO RETURN.GRABBERS ARE REQUIRED IN MY LIFE SINCE SPINAL FUSION FROM T4 (NECK) TO PELVIS.

Only had it a short time,. But I am sure it is going to be very helpful.

There are some problems with this type of reacher grabber: the hinge in the middle won't stay put and the unit buckles in use. The suction cups are poorly mounted and I have already lost two of them on one of these. I much prefer the rigid grabbers; they are stronger and more durable.

I had hip replacement surgery and needed a durable reacher. This was helpful for the first week, THEN the grabbers broke and came unscrewed. The arm joint broke. I was able to cobble all of the parts back together - but this product is made very cheap. My advice is spend more money on a better quality grabber.
