Its a costume hat, nothing more
Look, your going to get this for a costume not for any extended cosplay or the sorts. Arrived in a big box so was not squished or deformed. Three sides snap to the dome to form the triangle. Fits tight but its velvet and will form with use. Wish the feather was a little bigger but a trip to Pier One will solve that. Great hat for a one, maybe two time use. I wear about a size 9 hat and is snug but not tight.

Good quality but small
My hat came with no feather and it’s quite small, too small for my husband to wear to the Ren faire, I’m sure the missing feather is just a mistake, but I’m returning anyway because it’s too small

Awesome hat!!
I love that this a decent quality, we have themed based parties at summer camp and this is a great pirate hat for my teenager.
