KetoPrime Nootropic Supplement

My top reason for taking KetoPrime is for increased energy in two area of my life: work and training runs/races. This is not your typical energy booster as you will not feel a “jolt” of energy rush thru you. Believe me, as a former collegiate athlete, I have taken some powerful energy boosters. This is a quiet energy booster. Think of it as the hybrid car of energy; quietly efficient. For work: I typically work 8a-6p and would be exhausted when I get home. If I have Bulletproof coffee at 8:30a and 11:00a, then I take one tablet at 1p and will find that I am fully energized at 6p and not exhausted; even have energy when I get home. For me, it takes an hour or so for it to fully kick in and last me for approximatrly four-six hours (when not working out). Training runs/races: I take it before and during my half marathon races. Two tablets 30 min before my race and 2 tablets at mile 6.5. I do not hit the wall/bonk or eat gel/energy bars. I only carry water. Note: I am a non-competitive 2hr 49min half marathon runner. I just enjoy the challenges that endurance running throws at you. Back to the tablets... they feed my brain so that I can focus, which keeps my mind from wondering and thinking about “how many more miles I have to go” and other self-defeating thoughts. I have noticed that I get the best results when my diet is keto aligned. When I can’t have my Bulletproof coffee, I typically will take two of these in the morning and may grab a cup of coffee in the office then take two around lunch time. When I do this, I tend to not have an appetite until I get home; after 6p. Then I have a salad or fish and salad. This would end up being my routine for several days or until I purposefully add some carbs into my diet or do a cheat day. I have lost weight but more importantly I lost fat, which was not my #1 goal. Hope this helps as I thought these tablets were not working then I realized that my expectations were incorrect - thought I was gonna get a Red Bull, supercharged coffee, nitro jolt - not happening. This energy boost is better, lasts much longer, and will help you to switch from carb burning for energy to fat burning for energy. I love this product. So I use the main ingredient for pms. If you look online this has been researched for pms symptoms which mine were severe. Not too many companies sell this supplement. The other company I use is Jubilance which is slightly more expensive. I use this one with my other company during my Pms week and period to supplement and give me a instant boost of oxycilatate (however it’s spelled) I like this I actually feel it has helped with my energy and will keep buying. Yes it can cause a little blister spot at times in the cheek. I assume they have it dissolve for a while so that the high dose of b vitamins don’t upset your stomach. I don’t mind it. It works well enough I don’t care about a little irritation in my cheek. Please don’t stop making this product. I literally rely on it!

First of all, this little lozenge is very pleasant tasting... but I enjoy taking these because they are actually a reliable way to make sure my brain doesnt take a downhill turn while I am working -seeing patients-. I need my brain to be on and not start to lose my train of thought, lose words or lose sharpness in the afternoon. This is really important to me. I eat right, I take care of myself, but my intense workday can take a toll. Since I have been using these, I reliably have the working brain that I started with in the morning and it doesn't fatigue. Im really grateful to have these.

I would like to give it 4.5 stars but I can't. I am relying on expert reviews to tell it works, but I do think I have a little more consistent energy and better recovery as I ramp up my mileage. I will wait to get it on sale though -I think the price is high for what it is so that is the reason for the 4 stars. I do think it helps with brain fog a small amount.

Overpriced and ineffective

A friend shared a couple of her keto prime tablets for me to try... I was on an 8 hour drive and started to feel sluggish around 2:00pm decided to give these a try... the effect was very subtle in the sense a little while later I felt refreshed and the afternoon energy drag was gone... but not replaced with caffeine like jitters at all. I think started looking up the ingredients and learned how good Oxaloacetate is for us... too many to name but look them up you’ll be amazed. Have been recommending these to family and friends. Definitely take time and explore the ingredients... just fascinating!

I used this for several days and received no benefits at all. It also has erythritol in it, which causes GI upset in many people, including me. I tried this after reading Dave's book "Super Human" . Since I had such unimpressive results from this product, I wonder how many other suggestions in his book are just plain ridiculous. I will say that I use Brain Octane and Collagen protein bars, and I like those. This product, however, was a gigantic waste of money.

Love the product & that I can get it quickly through amazon! I use this primarily on my intermittent fast days for energy & clarity.
