It heated up before and slowly it stopped heating up and now it doesn’t heat up at all. I can’t return it because it’s past the allotted time to return it, and if I was gonna return it it would’ve cost me more money. Save yourself from buying this heat press!Update: After contacting the seller they sent me a replacement part and it works wonderfully!. I updated my rating because of the seller and their fast response to my issue. I really appreciate it.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a really easy to use machine!! Only thing is it came in Celsius, but it was a easy find to what temperature I had to set it, so I left it for now. The machine is pretty straight forward in use. Put in the cup to set the right pressure, then pre heat the machine. After you taped up your cup you can out it straight in the machine, no need for shrink wrap!! Bonus if you ask me!! Rotate the cup halve way through and your cup will come out perfect!! This machine is lightweight but it has suction cups on the bottom to keep it in place. Because it's lightweight you could , if you wanted to, bring it to events and press cups on the spot!! All and all I'm really liking this press.** update on the Celsius to Fahrenheit:I contacted customer service and they provided me with the following explanation. Press "set" for 5 sec, then press the down arrow till you see the nmbr 88. After this you short click on the set button till you see the letter "CF" then when in that mode press the up arrow to switch between C and F.There customer service was great and quick to respond!!!

The media could not be loaded.  Do not buy this press, at first started working great. Beautiful prints, just stopped heating up out of no where. I never dropped it or had fluids spilled on it. I don’t know what happened. Hopefully you read this to save your money…. I had 20 tumblers to press now i I’m have to spend another 200$ and wait for it to come in the mail. Save your money and buy a good one, this is cheap.

This machine works great. The only downside is, like others have said, it puts off a bad smell while heating up and while pressing the cup. So use in a well ventilated area. All in all so far not a bad machine.

I contacted the company directly and with out any hesitation they offered to replace my heating pad/element...it was quick delivery as well. So yeah it sucked that it crashed on me...but i truly am amazed that they were so eager to help and fix the problem!!! I changed from a 1 star to 5 because the customer service....was freaking awesome!!! Thank you guys!!I really liked this press when I first got it. 8 months later it has a raised spot that burns my tumblers. No idea what or why it happened, I followed the guidelines being it was $399.99, but with the bad reviews they've dropped it down to $199.99. I will never pay four hundred for a tumbler press ever again..for that much money it should have a minimum of a 2 year warranty.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s been a while since I am using the Mocaru tumbler heat press, I’ve been looking and researching since I started to sell sublimated and personalized items, it took me like 2mos on researching and watching on youtube, wayback 2021 I own an industrial press but I don’t the space ‘cause it’s big and heavy, so I decided to sell it. Luckily after searching on amazon for a good price I bump into this brand Mocaru and give it a try. No regrets on buying this one. Pressed almost a hundred on this tumbler press and it’s doing great. It also comes with a pair of heat resistant gloves, heat tape, and also a sublimation paper. Their sublimation paper gives me a good result compare to other brand. The color is more crisp and bright. It’s a MUST BUY. Cheaper than other brand of tumbler heat press.

This works flawlessly for the money. Love the pink color. I have had no issues with this press.
