Bought this for my mother as she was suffering from all the symptoms of menopause. After just 3 days the results started to show. The amount of wrapping, and excess packaging generates so much trash. I don't want to buy supplements that help the health of my body while it destroys the health of the planet. A balance is needed. No matter how good the pills are it's too much waste and garbage generation. The outer box. Then an extra cardboard cover then an inner box with individually foil wrapped pills. What madness is this? Just straightforward give us pills in two bottles and be done with it. It's easier for me to keep on my nightstand and travel with also. I'm never reordering. There are equally good companies that don't send their product with so much excess packaging.

Wow this worksStarted using these for hot flashes and using it for 6 months now. Was getting about 30 a day and too many at night. Now rarely get during the day and sometimes in a few nights and they don't last as long. Started with these as a friend recommended. It didn’t start affecting me for the first few weeks but after probably week 2 I could feel the difference and it’s gotten better since then. On my second box and ordered one for a friend. Will keep these on auto-reship. Well worth the price. This is my first review on anything.

No result I don’t recommend this product

Having finished my second month of Proviano AM PM capsules, I am surprisingly satisfied with the results. I have tried so many of the well-known for the past 8 years and always had temporary relief. These pills have been like God-sent for my hot flashes, night sweats and irregular periods.I would certainly recommend it to anyone experiencing pre-menopause and menopause problems.4 stars because of that inconvenient slit in the box. For proviano, I would have given you 5 stars.

well i waited for 2 months to review product , actually i opted for the product 2 months back reordered twice , they should also launch something for males as it is working fine for my sleep and hot flushes for now , for me good product to opt for ..
