After trying many sleep aid products throughout the years, I wasn't sure what to expect with this product. It definitely blew me away with how much it improved my sleep quality and how I felt when I woke up. I typically feel very groggy in the morning after taking sleep products, but with DHM I woke up feeling so alert and refreshed. I often switch from late evening shifts to early morning shifts so this was an amazing feeling. I did not feel sluggish. I felt like I got hours of rest even on days that I may have gotten less than the ideal amount of sleep. I fell asleep seamlessly and was able to stay asleep.For those eyeing this product, do yourself a favor and try it out for yourself. It really did wonders for me and have already told all my friends about it as well!

There are no bad dreams but I've had a few weird dreams since I started taking these. I wouldn't buy again

It’s too expensive but taken along with a sleep patch it works pretty good

THIS PRODUCT DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL AND THE HIGH PRICE AND NO RETURN, NOT WORTH IT. WASTE OF MONEY TO ME.

After I ate 2 packs, my sleeping time became longer. And I used my Apple Watch to track my sleeping quality which has improved. Longer sleeping time, I used to sleep 4 hr and deep sleeping time only got 40min and I need to drink coffee to support me to have more energy for my daytime. After taking this, I don’t need to drink coffee to make me feel full of energy during my daytime, and my deep sleeping time become 1.5 hr and my whole night sleeping time become 6-8 hr. And I decide to buy 5 more.

We bought 4 boxes of this stuff because my son and my husband and me all slept better on it. At the same time though my son and my husband were incredibly grumpy and irritable every single day. We finally realized it might be connected and took them both off of it. Lo and behold, they were both absolutely fine the morning after skipping it ONE time. Idk what is in it that made them seriously AWFUL but I am so grateful the lightbulb finally went off and we took them off if it. I hate giving it two stars because it could be amazing for some people. I’ve had insomnia for over 20 years and it is miserable but I also know how important it is if someone is having a bad reaction to hear that it has happened to someone else. I assume it’s the DHM causing it for them but I have no idea. They also have horrific reactions to L-tyrosine which is uncommon as far as I can tell in case that’s a puzzle piece for anyone. So try it, but if you feel like you want to scream at people or have no patience for anything- maybe take a break and see if it helps. Luckily they bounced back fast so no real harm done other than to my sanity.

Have tried a bunch of the sleep products and gummies on the market. Worked great to help me get to sleep and actually slept through most of the night too (I usually wake up a few times). Big help. Also, if a product has Melatonin I sometimes feel groggy the next morning but this product didn’t make me feel that way. Would definitely recommend.
