My first comment is to be careful when you first handle these knives! They are extremely sharp - which is exactly what I wanted - but I did cut myself a couple times while washing them before I got used to handling them. I've been using them for several months now and they have remained sharp and seem to be very well made.

Hampton Forge is a good brand that warranties their products. I have had no problems with this brand.

Nice set of knives. Probably won't hold up in the dishwasher, but for the price they will do the trick!

really sharp & a very nice weight in ones hand. Looks nice even though it doesn't come close to my set…even a guest commented on it's beauty, if a knife be beautiful.

I purchased a set of Hampton Forge Kobe Steak Knives a few years ago for use in the camper. I probably got them from a local supermarket, not here on Amazon, and my decision was probably guided more by price and availability than by value.These knives cut steak adequately.Sanitation is a different story. The handles of my knives are a three piece construction. Two metal clamshells sandwich a black plastic core. I was always a bit suspicious of this, and today, when I washed the knives, my suspicions were confirmed: The handles are hollow. I dunked the knives in the sink and saw bubbles. Then I took the knives out and water drained slowly from inside the handle. I can't imagine what other gunk is in there.I am getting rid of these and getting something more sanitary.

Son de buena calidad aunque al ser un poco largos, a veces se dificulta el cortar

Tardó mas de lo normal la entrga y encima el producto llego muy dañado.
