I ordered the 30 x 25 rectangular easy press instead I got the square one which is 22 x 22 Also, since it is a US import, the voltage is not compatible with the UAE and would require a transformer Given it is a high heat electronic device, it would need a 3000 W transformer which means you’re looking at adding another 350 Aed to make this thing work. It’s not worth the price if you ask me

I'm excited for this but sadly had to return as it is not a UAE plug, it will not work and give error. Luckily they will refund my money

It’s not mentioned on the description the voltage for this machine Sadly it’s not compatible in uae Don’t be fools by price any harry up to buy

When I order, I thought it wil be compatible for 220-240v however it was only 110-120v. 2nd I ordered 12x10 and they send 9x9 size as in the description was confusing. I have to return it back asap as no clear detail if you can use it internationally

Never been use once.the machine starts then E01 appeared on the screen. Can you please replace my machine?
