Great product.

This review is for the “Evogen CellKEM PR | Post Workout, Essential Amino Acids, Creatine Nitrate, Sensoril Ashwagandha, Recovery | Pineapple Banana Orange” which had a price of $49.46 at the time of this review.This “Evogen CellKEM PR" has an unusual product flavor of "Pineapple Banana Orange” but the taste of this product is very light and is not overwhelming like some other products. It's flavor is a bit out of the ordinary but not all that bad. At “Evogen CellKEM PR" has 30 servings in the container which at its current price it costs about $1.65/serving.I'm not sure if this “Evogen CellKEM PR" does anything or if there has been any benefits from taking this supplement. What I can say that overall it tastes okay and I like that its taste is mild instead of overwhelming. I hope that I will soon notice some benefits but only time will tell. If I notice any such results, I will update my review to reflect them.

I chose this because I liked that it not only helps muscle recovery, but also reduces stress levels, increases concentration and improves sleep quality. What's more, it increases nitric oxide levels, improves blood flow, and maintains muscle fullness. I just stir it in my bottle and drink it after my workout at the gym. I can’t say that I am delighted with this taste, but in general I like it.

This Evogen CellKEM has a great post-workout of amino acids. There is also a great amount of vitamin C, and even pine bark extract (which is nice for many benefits and not found too often in many supps)The main CONS with this are quantity of other ingredients and price. If I'm paying $50+ for any supplement, I would expect to find a much bigger dose of creatine (usually 10grams or more for effective dosing) - and the basic electrolytes Potassium, Sodium, Magnesium, and even Calcium are in low dosage.I would buy this again at a lower price, but as it is now, I would still have to take more creatine and electrolytes to really get a good post-workout boost from this.

I'm not big on artificial banana flavoring so I was a little aprehensive getting this. The flavor isn't terrible, but I have been mixing it with my post workout protein or into my prework out because I often have other protein that doesn't mix well with it after my workout.It mixes well with water, no clumps. The mix of ingredients seems ok to me. It is a little spendy, but I've seen other post workout supplements retail around the same price.

I'm not a body builder, but I was looking for a mix to help with recovery from triathlon training/ races during the racing season, when there is more racing and workouts are more intense. This mix contains some b vitamins, a light electrolyte mix (calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium), creatine, EAAs, and something called a 'hormone optimization matrix' (which presumably contains ashwagandha). First of all, it mixes well in water. The taste is OK. I mostly taste a sweet pineapple-y flavor, and although not the best thing I've ever tasted, it's not bad. I have taken this supplement after hard workouts, and I typically take it 2-3 times a week. I like that this supplement contains ashwagandha--it helps me to feel less stressed, especially after a hard workout! Although it is probably too early to tell, I do feel like this supplement helps with recovery after intense training sessions (that is--swim, bike, run and brick workouts). However, it is pricey compared to similar recovery mixes. I'll continue to use this during the racing season, and if I feel like it really is having a substantial positive effect on recovery, I would consider ordering it again.

I like the taste of Evogen CellKem products a lot. In fact, I look forward to drinking them as part of my workout. They have a carbonated taste (I am not sure how they do this), but I really like that feature. So, yes, this is carbonated (kind of), so be prepared for that. I like the taste of this, even if there is banana in it.The formula consists of EAAs and BCAAs. I like the balance as just consuming BCAAs could have a negative impact on the functioning of the brain (perhaps because of pushing out tryptophan).This formula also contains some ashwagandha and creatine, which aren't a huge deal for me, since I consume creatine in my pre-workout and I take ashwagandha separately. So, while I love the taste and the basic formula, I'm not really in need of some of the extra ingredients. However, if you are, this is a great formula for you.

I got this to go with Evogen's Amino pre-workout. I preferred the flavor of the pre-workout, and was a little disappointed I didn't like this as much. If there were more flavor options, I would try it again. The consistency didn't bother me, I always mix well with plenty of water and let my workout drinks settle for a few minutes. It is expensive but that's because you are getting quite a lot. If you look at the price per ounce, it's cheaper than other post workouts I've tried.

I have tasted a few of these flavors. This one is not my favorite, but it isn't bad. The powder is very fine, so it gets everywhere. A little pricey for how much you get. It seems to work well. The container is easy to get scoops in and out of.

this is a smooth, easy to mix EAA recovery mix that has a good dosage. price is a little on the high side for my preference, but the quality is there to justify it. can be paired with other products fairly well, i added glyco-dextrin and glutamine to it with no change to flavoring. as tart as it is, many things could be mixed with it to get your desired blend of recovery.

These drinks with fruit flavors are such a treat compared to the unflavored powders or the ones with generic vanilla or chocolate flavors. If you consume a great many powdered mixes like this, you even start to dread the ones that contain a lot of spices like chili or ginger.So I can't praise the pineapple & banana flavor of this product enough.This product mixes well & quickly with water, no lumps or clumps to speak of, and it tastes refreshing, pleasant, and real, while also cleansing the palate.Just a bit mixed with some of the unflavored powders is enough to make nearly any other product much more pleasant, for a healthy cocktail of different supplements that not only refreshes & rehydrates, but restores nutrients lost from chores, exercise, and/or your day's labors, toils & efforts.

This is a good post workout option but I actually take creatine before working out in general in the morning.I think the flavor is a bit funky but I think you could mix this with a post workout smoothie (like milky/yogurty type) and make a pretty decent treat for taking post workout!The size of the container is bigger than most of the post-workout ones I've seen, but I'm not sure if I'd spend this amount on this in the future as I prefer creatine earlier in the day.

Great tasting post workout drink. Has creatine and aminos, although I would have liked to see a higher dose for both. I still need to add a bit of creatine to get my typical dose. I have felt pretty good after hard sessions in the gym. I feel the next day soreness has been reduced and gains have been increasing. It isn't a miracle drink, but if you are looking to add a post workout drink that isn't just protein, this would be a great option. Decent price for what you are getting. The only thing I don't like is that you really need to "shake" up the dry mix in water for it to dissolve properly. You will never get it to dissolve by swishing it around or stirring it with a spoon. Overall a very good product.

As this is a supplement product, I can base my recommendation of using this item for several days. I was very impressed with the quality of the product, the packaging, the product being sealed and unopened and compared to other similar supplement products I have used this item performed equal or better.I am very happy with it and will be using it again.
