A really informative read that has left me feeling very equipped. I mean, I haven't gone and really put the info to the test yet, that will come...but from what I've read, seems to cover every aspect and in a very digestible and engaging way - it really is written for someone with no previous experience.

with covid and a more work from home future, I think food on wheels is the way to go. I would love for the ice cream truck to come to our neighborhood. Anyways, this book is great for those that want to start their own food truck business. This is also great information for those to understand who may want to invest, and want to learn of all the details business owners go through to start and run the business.

This was a very good guide that was short and easy to follow along! lt was perfectly laid out for the reader to understand how to start from nothing to having a successful and profitable food truck business. The author touches on things you would never even think of or consider, which is greatly beneficial for anyone trying to get started in this business. A must-read if you're interested in this topic!

A hands-on guide that gives you the information that you need to get started. There was so much in this book that I wouldn't have thought of. My partners and I are in the planning stages but I will definitely be insisting that we all read this book. I have a feeling I'll be referring to it frequently in the weeks and months ahead as we get things off the ground.
