Camile R100 GPS Smart Cycling Camera - Black

I really liked the idea of this but I was disappointed to the point of returning it. I could not get it to connect to Bluetooth , I was able to connect to wifi after reinstalling the software but the software would not recognize the phone was connected . The website link to the manufacturer was a dead link, no such website even on google search. The software is not fully in English and since I don’t read Chinese it was really frustrating. I did get the camera to record video and with the cable was able to retrieve the video thru usb, with no image stability I decided for the price I could do better. In my opinion this product was not ready for release to the American consumer. Keep working on it, the idea is good just needs some bugs worked out

Awful mount, Jolting from uneven road surface cause camera to drop off handle bars...

I was really looking forward to receiving this. I got it and it looked nicely made and the feature set was really nice. But....at the time I got it they did not have the app for Android available yet, just the one for iOS--the listing on Amazon never mentioned this. I only found it out after I got the item and was trying to set it up. I wish the seller would edit his listing to reflect that at the current time, it only works with the iphone.

I purchased the Camile after reading a review on The Gadgeteer. The app is very easy to use and it takes clear video of my bike ride with the added bonus of tracking my route using GPS. It secured firmly to my handlebar and slipped a little the first time I used it but after a minor adjustment, it hasn't budged. The buttons are also really easy to use. I was able to upload some of the footage directly onto Facebook which is a cool feature. I also have a GoPro Hero 3 but it was driving me crazy that I couldn't see what I was recording to set up the shot and while it's nice that it has different mounts you can buy for different applications, I was finding that it was just getting too expensive to use it how I wanted to. The Camile takes the same great video but it's really like a cross between a GoPro with a bike mount and a Garmin combined into one so I really feel like I saved money than buying both of those.

Not good the apps

The media could not be loaded.  LO he puesto a cargar una hora y no da señal de prender, en el manual dice precionar por un buen tiempo peor ya lo he realizado y no prende, por favor necesito su apoyo, lo compré en Texas USA pero ahora me encuentro en PerúNecesito su ayuda urgente

It doesnt work i purchased two times. It doesnt connect wifi and doesnt work. No support or contact to ask. Fake pruduct i think. To have this pruduct Waste of money

I haven’t had time to return the product. The product never worked when I got it. Never received a charge when connected for 2 days
