Tried other brands with the same ingredients, but this one really helps!

I got this supplement to try to help with a little thing I get in the morning where I have to clear my throat etc. I'm 63 with a history of allergies and asthma and I used to smoke many years ago(over 20 years quit) I would guess that is what this little thing is and have tried a few supplements.I've tried another one for allergies that has some of the same ingredients and is also good for my lungs but I usually just take it for allergy season or when I'm experiencing an allergy attack.I like that I just have to take one capsule and even though it's big I prefer it to the caplets that sometimes tastes disgusting. This was not too bad to swallow.The bottle was sealed with a plastic over wrap over the cap area and also had a seal on the bottle when I removed the lid. There was cotton inside the bottle.I will check back and edit this after I've taken it for a bit to see if I notice any improvement. I wanted to post my initial impressions though before it slipped my mind.Thanks for reading my review

I cannot begin to tell you how thrilled I am with Respiratory-MAX!! I am a cancer patient so my immune system is severely compromised. I have bouts of coughing that will last for many days, sometimes weeks. My oncologist often has to resort to antibiotics to cure them. One year, I was in the hospital seven times due to pneumonia! When I saw this product, I decided to try it to see if it would aid my chronic cough. At $34, I didn't hesitate as it is a four-month treatment. After all, I'll gladly pay 28 cents per day for relief!!The first day I received it, I took one capsule with dinner. For a change, I didn't cough that night. Normally, the coughing is worse late in the day and after dinner. The next day I took the capsule with my morning meds. Again, I didn't cough. On the third day, I forgot to take it and I coughed all night!! I didn't get much sleep. Since then, I haven't forgotten it and I am not coughing much at all!!I won't lie, I still cough occasionally. BUT, I cough once or twice and then quit. For several days, I have repeated this pattern. No coughing during my sleep hours and coughing only once or twice and then ceasing. I am thrilled and would gladly give them ten stars if I only could!! This capsule is a blessing to me and I can't tell you how highly I recommend it!!!

I monitor my brpm on my watch when I sleep at night. I tend to average about 22 and trying to get it back down the the normal 12-20 rate. After taking this for a few days, I actually began to increase and have more shallow breathing when I sleep. Surprised me and made me wonder if this is designed more for people that have slower respiratory rates trying to get it up. I am trying to get mine back down.So I am a tad afraid to continue taking this at this time. I know it says to help with respiratory but doesn't specify which way. :/

Oh my goodness this stuff tastes and smells horrible!

I've had a persistant nagging cough for weeks now and got these. Almost right away it has started to ease up. Maybe it's these pills, maybe not, but I'm so happy to have relief from this stupid coughing and upper respiratory difficulty. I really think these have something to do with my feeling better, but obviously without clinical trials I can't be certain.

I have tried a couple of other brands that claim respiratory health and they were essentially glorified vitamin blends and didn’t do anything. This is an herbal blend, and the ingredients on this are far from the typical vitamins I see in other brands, and whatever they have done, it’s working. I work outdoors all day and I am exposed to a lot of dust and fumes, and my lungs take a toll. After a week of using this, I can actually feel a difference… More so at the end of the day. I think it’s working by clearing out my lungs better because I seem to be coughing up more “stuff”. Recommended.

With the pandemic still going on after a couple years, I have been taking more supplements to support healthy lungs as a prophylactic. I’ve heard Quercitin and Bromelain in particular can help with with immune support, some even claiming it’s a preventative. I take all claims with regards to supplements with a grain of salt. This appears to contain other vitamins like C and K2 and others that I’m not fully familiar with. I’m sensitive to seasonal allergies and also the forest fires that have been affecting air quality the past couple summers so I feel good about making sure my lungs have some added support. It’s a bit expensive though imo so not sure I’ll reorder but it’s probably better than ordering each supplement separately.
