Great beginning practice!
This kit is cute and informational. There are not a lot of patterns to choose from, and sometimes the directions were a little confusing. A little trial and error helped me and my kid figure it out, though! These are easy patterns but proved a bit too difficult for my 11-year-Old with autism. She loves folding paper, though, and can follow directions on her own without help up to a certain point, so that’s a win! I bought this last minute for Christmas after purchasing another kit that was so extremely difficult, I knew it would create way too much frustration.

Fun for kids and adults!
I got this for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas, and it was her favorite gift by far. The designs in the book that it comes with range from super easy to moderately advanced, and it is so much fun working your up as you get better. I have done several with her, and I love it. It is a great stress reliever! The paper patters are so fun and pretty. If I could give this product 10 stars, I would.

Nice paper, instructions get confusing...
The paper was really nice but the instructions were not kid friendly. It was wat too complicated for a kid to make. I found much easier printable instructions online and had much more fun with helping him learn. The paper was worth the money spend though.

Advanced but fun once figured out.
Its a wonderful book however its hard to configure the different folds and directions as the book shows shadings, solid, dotted lines, etc. Which mean various ways of folding, creasing, etc. It comes with a large amount of folding paper. Kind of advanced for my 10 year old. But still fun. I think once you get the hang of it, it works, mostly.

Beautiful folding papers
Purchased for my 10 year old and I think the directions are a bit too advanced for her, but the papers that come with it are lovely and if your child is a problem solver than this is a good buy

Hard to follow directions for kids
Paper has pretty designs and there's plenty to choose from. Directions are hard to follow for an adult, let alone a kid. I was able to fold 2 things. The other ones I couldn't figure out.

Nice illustration
Bought for a 12 year old. Some of the projects are more difficult, which leads to frustration. But some are easier.
