Changed from 5 stars to one star due to the latest issues
The first one I received didn't quite work right, but Koodo sent another one within a week. The new unit works great; sound quality, user friendly, and fits in the dash like factory (really is plug and play). The GPS is spot on once you figure out how the system works, which is also easy to use if you used one before (I haven't used a GPS before, I'm a map and atlas guy). The bluetooth connects quickly and works well (both music and cellphone). My iPod connected without issue and works well. The screen comes in two skins, dark blue and light blue. I have to switch to the dark blue for night driving because the light blue is just too bright. I also loaded music onto the internal drive, but space is limited so you can't put much on it. The steering wheel controls work, but I do have a problem with the left controller which Koodo is aware.Koodo has excellent customer service. Now, you cannot call them but they return emails usually within 24 hours. All in all, I'm very happy with the system. I used it in southern California and no issues (It didn't lead me into the ocean or off a cliff). If I could make a change I would make the screen light sensitive and change the skin colors. Great system.Update: Its been 5 months and I haven't experienced any problems until last week. When connected to my Ipod or Bluetooth, the music will stop randomly. I have to tap "pause" then "play" to start the system up again. The unit now cuts off calls and the Navigation System comes on at random. I've sent a email to Koodo and waiting on their reply.Update: Its been 6 weeks and I haven't heard from Koodo. My issue hasn't gone away regardless how many times the unit was reset. As a matter of fact, its getting worse.

It never works as expected and it is just bad technology and it's very glitchy
I haven't written a proper review regarding this product since I was giving it some chance so that I could see all the details so I'm going to try and cover them all.1. The touchscreen is frustrating. It's not precise even using the stylus that comes with it. I want to select a function or something as simple as "play" and it just doesn't responds. When selecting an artist on the ipod menu, you want to touch the artist name to select it. but when you touch it, it chooses the one below or the upper one. It never works as expected and it is just bad technology and it's very glitchy. Even the radio menu it's so hard to change stations. You gotta use the buttons.2. The audio quality is actually pretty bad. At first I thought it were the speakers. I have a 2010 jeep wrangler rubicon, so I bought new ones (some kicker and jbl's). and it was still very aweful sounding. I had to tweak the eq a little just to figure out that the eq boosted the wrong frequencies. I haven't listened to a so muffled audio system ever.3. The Bluetooth and the reverse camera don't go together. Activating the reverse camera disables the audio. No problem, you can disable this function and have the audio always running...not on bluetooth, tho! Even withouth the camera, it always stops the audio. Some times it plays again when in Drive, but that's just sometimes.4. One day it just turned off completely, it was a 39 C summer day, and I had the hard top on. There's no way you can use this thing without the hard top, to be honest, I was kinda expecting that to happen.5. It's always a problem to connect an audio source with a miniplug cable. You have to go to the video menu or something like that and when the input goes to low you can push up the gain input at audio configuration menu, but it distorts it too much.6. And last but not least, since it's a windows based system, you're gonna see that famous gray and blue "error" screen. You can't even close it, you have to turn of the car completly for reboot and hope the glitch or error is done. Anyway, I know that could be fixable with an os update.I have to say, that using the bluetooth for a phonecall is very good. The call sound quality sounds good and it doesn't have too much latency, I have a Cooper Mini S 2017 and the delay on that thing is just delays like a secondThis is my honest review, I want to return it because it's not worth the 629$ , heck it's not even worth 99$.I don't recommend this productThanks for reading my comments.
