Great quality
This blade is sharp right out of the box. The handle is a fine wood and provides a nice grip. The blade cuts and trims meat well as well as slice up vegetables. Overall a fine kitchen or BBQ blade.

We actually did away with all our other prep knives after buying this. It is so versatile. It cleans easily and I love the ability to store it in its case in a drawer and not have to worry about anyone reaching in and cutting themselves. It is super sharp! 10/10 will buy again if this one ever gives out!
