Many recipes not ketogenic.
I just got this book today. At first I noticed that many recipes had 20 grams of carbohydrates which would be too high for someone trying to keep to daily carbohydrates to 20 grams. As I looked further there were recipes for 50 carbohydrates grams and even up to 114 grams per servings. This book also said it was for beginners. Beginners may not realize how out of range these recipes are.
