Cast Iron Hanging Scottie Dog Bell

The part that's not as pictured is where the bell connects to the top part. Both the top part and the bell are exactly as pictured. However, there is NO WAY to connect the bell to the top part with what you are given. I gave this as a gift and was embarrassed that I had to take it back and buy parts to fix it!

I bought this as a birthday gift and was disappointed that it did not come with a screw,and the detail was sloppy. Not your fault but it was made in China and they don’t understand our love for attention to detail.
