Coconut water or ditchwater?
With ingredients such as coconut water, pineapple, mango, and lemon — each of them uniquely flavoured and refreshing — I was sure this would be the drink for an overly warm summer. I couldn’t be more wrong. Probably because the flavours cancel each other out, what one gets when this drink is prepared as directed is a strange, almost bitter concoction that looks like ditchwater, and probably tastes like ditchwater. (I can’t be sure because I haven’t tasted ditchwater yet.) Since I spent some decent money on it, I managed to use up the 200 gm I ordered, with a little extra lime juice and a lot of determination. Steer clear!
