Beautiful and very quiet
Love this fan. Knocked off one star related to installation. The remote control receiver unit that is housed in the larger cylinder near the ceiling is almost too large to fit. Had to adjust it a few times to get the housing to remain round. Great otherwise.Made a couple of cosmetic changes. Spray painted the black metal parts a coordinating brown, and removed the not-so-decorative vertical bolts around the motor housing.

Sofucor Ceiling Fan
Love this fan, perfect fit for my living room with exposed Cypress Beams, the fan color and wooden blades matched up really well. Very satisfied!

Fantastic looking and working fan
What a big difference this fan has made. Our old traditional 5 blade ceiling fan moved some air but you had to have it on a high level to feel any air movement. This fan at level 1 provides just a small bit of air movement and works great with our vaulted ceiling. I like the real wood(Balsa) blades and the different lengths of down rod. We used the 2 foot length with our ceiling and some small movement of the fan at high levels.

Looks nice but internals are not good
It looks fine, thats the only positive. The receiver for the fan's remote control is massive and hardly fits in the ceiling box. It's a mess trying to get everything tucked away. Then, after maybe 3 uses over a month, the motor makes a vibration/ticking noise. It fades away at higher speeds but I want low speed. Not worth the price. Spend a little more from a real brand and get a fan that you won't have to replace again.
