After much research trying to find a cheaper tablet for my 2.5 year old (after my trusty one died after 3 years), this was suggested through other reviews. My daughter loves it for the sole purpose of watching YouTube Kids lol. She isn't really interested in games or anything, so it's a good thing this was cheap. I like the case it comes in because it really protects the tablet from spills. The screen protector was a pain to put on, as usual, but it's not like it's MY tablet, so there's bubbles lol. It has 2 accounts, one for the kid with all kid-friendly apps, and the regular account for yourself. My daughter does not use the kiddie account because I could not figure out how to get YouTube Kids on it, so she is using the regular account.My only beef is how it turns on. You have to hold down the power button for a long time before a fuzzy screen shows, and then it starts up. And when it does, it will not turn on once you plug it back in. So I have to let it sit for a little bit before trying to turn it back on.Anyway, I would recommend this tablet if it's for the sole purpose of your kid using it.EDIT:After a few months with this tablet, I have come to realize the battery REALLY SUCKS. We already limit my daughter's tablet time, but the fact that it dies so quick is kind of annoying. It lasts maybe 2 hours tops, if we let her have it for a while to keep her occupied. How can this be fixed? I understand it's a cheap-o tablet for kids, but the battery life is a huge disappointment.

I was so excited about this tablet when it first came! It was easy to set up and use and my two year old figured it out right away. The games are great and age appropriate, the parental controls are easy to use and work well. However, it's very flimsy. One fall with it and the back snapped off - not the cover, the actual tablet itself popped apart. It snapped back together but it also came back apart pretty easily. It gets really hot, too. With the case on it's not too bad, but also with the case on it causes the device itself to overheat which ultimately caused it to stop working entirely. The screen lost sensitivity and it now has a mind of its own (if it even turns on). All in all this device lasted us about 5-6 months.

This is the cheapest tablet I have ever seen, literally the definition of poor quality. I ordered one and when it arrived the speaker did not work. You could barely hear anything and the sound would cut in and out and crackle. So I contacted Amazon and arranged a return. In the meantime (hoping this was just an isolated incident) I ordered a second one. When the second tablet arrived the screen was busted!! The only thing you could see were silver lines going across the screen!! In addition to the speaker not working on the first one, after having it turned on for a mere 20 minutes, the back of the tablet was so hot that I could barely hold it!! It was definitely hot enough to burn my toddlers skin!! Luckily I realized this before giving it to him! After receiving two tablets in a row that didn't work, I'm definitely not going to take my chances with a third one. Amazon did a wonderful job of correcting the situation. I would caution anyone against buying these literal hunks of junk. Spend a little more money and get something that actually works!!

I purchased the tablet for my friends daughter who is 5 yrs old.Pros:Overall a good budget friendly tablet. Its exactly as described. I purchased the pink color and it does look catchy. Very user friendly for toddlers. Comes with lots of preloaded kid friendly apps. Very good to keep ever exploring toddlers busy and occupied.Cons:I wish the battery was good. Its seems to drain off with an hour with constant wifi connection. For kids tablet we need something that last longer specially when we r travelling. We had to buy a power bank for travelling purpose.

I bought two of these tablets and approximately six weeks later both of them are broken..and I mean the operating system.One of them gets very hot when charging and will not power on at all. The other does a continuous loop with the welcome screen. The battery life on them was less than 2 hours and they are not user friendly. I have two very disappointed grandchildren and the return deadline has past.Just buy a Fire Tablet and get a cover for it. They are the very best tablet on the market. The NeuTab is just a cheap tablet with a removable rubber frame. The screen is not special or resistant to rough handling as the description might lead you to believe.A very disappointing product.Ellie Petty

No stars!!! Am upset, my child dissapointed...why do you sell this tablet!!! Take it off the market...stop fooling people....this tablet is no good. all mine did was show a back ground light with no image....felt like throwing it in the gabage...people do not buy the product....I had to return mines.

The Neutab was just what we were looking for, an affordable Android tablet for kids. We have had limited use at this point, but it seems to work fairly well. It would be better if the power charger was a micro USB port like most phones and tablets that we have and the power cord should be able to plug in without having remove the padded cover. Otherwise it seems good.

I bought this for my granddaughter and her parents decided she could not have an internet enabled device at this time (August 2017) So this year June of 2018 they said ok bring it on over. Still in the box never opened never used. Charged it and it doesn't work. A waste of money.
