Seriously folks, go to clocks and see whats offered, 179 PAGES of clocks! Whew.So I just needed a battery operated, visible clock for my workshop. I have a cool old electric kitchen wall clock (tres collectable, I'm sure) but we lose power so often it has become a pain in the butt. I don't have an i phone in my pocket so I can't check the time there. And things being the way they are now, there's probably somebody on facebook telling me the time is FAKE.Anyhow, my review of this clock is A) it works and B) I can see it from 20 feet away. It looks kinda cool but that's kinda secondary to the matters at hand. As long as it is somewhat accurate, I'm happy.4 stars only because I just fired it up so we'll see...

WHAT I LIKE:The Lumuasky Retro Wall Clock 9.5 Inch Kitchen 50's Vintage Design round Silent non ticking clock is keeping excellent time. Matches my computer on the minute.The face is clean and does not have a logo/brand name on it. I REALLY appreciate that.WHAT I DO NOT LIKE:Minor style preference... I wish the second hand didn't have that circle design at the lower end. I like straight no-flair designs. Since it is proving a reliable and relatively quiet time keeper, I can learn to love the design flair.WHY DO I REPEAT THE NAME OF THE PRODUCT IN THE REVIEW?Because I have seen my share of Amazon Reviews that seem to be for the item offered, but upon further reading (or pictures) it becomes apparent the review is for some other item altogether. SO, I appeal to all reviewers to identify the item you are reviewing in your text.

The color is off. I ordered the "Robin Egg Blue" but it's different than what is represented in the pictures. It's more of a baby blue, or like a cloud blue as opposed to the Tiffany Blue it appears to be in the photos. As a result it didn't really match the color scheme I was going for.

This is an adorable addition to my guest bathroom! I wanted a clock in the guest bathroom, but have very little counter space. I’m also in an apartment, so have to be careful. This inexpensive wall clock is PERFECT for the space! It has a decorative plastic shell, but looks like retro enamel and does have a glass face and NO brand name on the face or anywhere else…LOVE that! It was well packaged and easy to hang on the wall, as it comes with its own plastic hook and stainless “nails” (five headless nails that are fitted for the hook…a simple hammer pushes those in for easy installation and secure hanging). It takes one AA battery and runs SILENTLY. I’m impressed for how inexpensive it was! And, it was at my door in less than 24 hours! Well done!

So, this clock looks good, is easy to read from across the room, and was a replacement for a very similar clock we used to have that's not available on Amazon anymore. I bought it in December, but appeared to have stopped working about a month later.A (hopefully) helpful hint for anyone who's had trouble with their clock not working...I know several reviews mentioned that the clock didn't work and kept going through batteries really quickly after a certain point. What I found in my case was that the second hand was rubbing up against the glass in certain areas and then eventually stopped when the hand would hit the 9-10 and 4-5 areas of the clock face. Upon further inspection I could see where the metal second hand was scrapping the inside of the glass in these areas. All I had to do was open the clock from the back (4 easy screws), so the front metal ring and glass came off, and then bend the second hand down a bit. Be careful not to bend it too much, so that it doesn't hit the minute or hour hand.After that, the clock was back to normal and working perfectly. Hopefully, it stays that way.

This looks even better than a very similar retro wall clock that I paid twice as much for (also purchased on Amazon, also a nice clock). This clock's case is lightweight plastic instead of the much heavier metal of my more expensive one, but this is a great imitation, even up close. This clock has a pretty sweep second hand, a useful feature my other clock lacks.The red color is vibrant, and the depth of the case really makes it stand out in the room (literally and figuratively). The included hanging hardware was helpful. My only quibble is that the hour hand and the minute hand are too close to the same length, so it can be hard to read the time in dim light. I've been using this clock for about 6 weeks in a bathroom, and so far it's kept perfect time and handled the humidity well.

I have two of these clocks--one red, one robin egg blue. I really like them. They look classic and vintage, and despite being plastic don't look cheap at all. Very happy with them. And really happy I can finally have an accurate time in the spots where I've placed them. You won't be disappointed! One thing to note: It is 2.5 inches deep--it sticks out from the wall that much. If you're looking for a clock for a narrow space, like in a hallway, this one might get bumped. I have them hanging in areas where there's no foot traffic.

I like this clock for my kitchen. It's replacing a super cheapie one that didn't keep time and so far is right on after about a week. The red is nice and bright like candy apple more than a cherry red. One minor issue which is more a packaging problem - when the clock arrived two of the four screws that held the face and lens cover to the back had snapped off with part of the clock front. See the attached photo. I removed the broken plastic, bought some slightly longer screws, drilled out the holes just a little and reattached the face to the back. All worked out ok, but maybe the packaging could be changed to reduce the shaking. Other than that slight delay, I think it looks and works great.

Overall, the clock looks nice on the wall and fits the aesthetic of my home. However, it’s a very cheaply made product. I’m not kidding you the plastic is the cheapest dollar store, thin quality plastic you can image. If it ever fell off the wall it would crack instantly. So it’s really not worth the money you are paying by any means. I won’t return it as it had the look I want, but definitely feel cheated with the money back quality. I do think you’ll find better quality actually at the dollar store
