Neilsen Fuel Injector Removal/installation Tool Kit Compatible with BMW B38/B48 engines

I opened the tool out of the box and cut open the plastic seal. This is brand new.The pins on 2 of the cones that attach to the fuel injector are missing from the box.The 2 that are there were very loose. This is a major packing error and I cannot use it.This is costing me days that I don't have.
