This stuff is potent! 2 pills gives me the jitters all day and doesn't seem to fully wear off until 10-12 hours later. 1 pill is more manageable but I can't take it after 2pm for sure if I want to try and sleep at some point. I didn't notice any added weight loss benefits from this, so I don't think it really works. I have taken it both when exercising and eating healthy 80% of the time, and when exercising but eating crappy for the holiday months. In either case, I did not have any additional weight loss. When I was eating crappy I didn't gain much weight but I did have more body fat. All in all I don't feel this did anything for me except make me jittery, and give me energy for workouts. Not what I got it for.

Came quickly and works effectively

The mental focus was incredible. I wish I knew which ingredients were responsible for that. I’d be grateful to find out. Otherwise it made me feel horribly jittery/anxious just taking one. But the person who recommended it to me was taking two and felt amazing. I have adhd this was 100x better for focus than anything I’ve ever taken for adhd. Side note: I never took these when I was taking adhd medicine.

Wow!! This is amazing! I had so much energy and mental focus. I have used this for many weeks and have seen tremendous appetite suppression and started seeing a reduction in my waste. This is strong enough I may replace my preworkout. Another slam dunk from Primeval Labs for me
