This is an amazing product. I buy it for my 92 year old mum and it keeps her youthful and mentally fully alert.

I have taken it daily for a couple of months and don't see any difference in my energy levels. I use a frother to mix it, and it mixes fine in hot or cold water. I blend it with a chocolate or vanilla-flavored collagen and don't taste it. It did start to get cakey about 1 month in, but you can probably proactively stick one of those silica packets in it to prevent that. I really really want this to work so I'm not guving up yet. I'm going to finish the container and switch to the wafer for convenience though.

the supplement lasts for 60 times it a good deal

Can’t say I’ve had any increase in energy after taking this for months. Maybe it does other good things but clinical studies say increases energy. Not for me…..
