Simple to fit and reliable
I quickly fitted the device myself. I figured out the wiring connections. If you remember that all these simple thermostats do is control the circulation pump it helps to understand the connections.

Great value easy set up
Really impressed with this smart thermostat, I’ve connected it to a combination boiler at my elderly mother’s house, I’ve easily set up the timer and temperature settings on the Tuya app on my phone and linked it to alexa with a simple I am hot and I am cold routine that means she can control her heating without having to learn how to use it.This thermostat needs a neutral cable to work and has 0 volt contacts so it will need a physical link between permanent live and the output contact.Setup was quick and intuitive, I powered up and opened the app the thermostat was already detected and waiting to be paired, added wifi password and it connected immediately and Alex also detected it and notified me without issueHighly recommend

2nd one bought
Have 2 heating zones in the house. Had 1st one for 2+ years. Works well from the app, occasionally goes off line but only takes a couple of requests and is back. Took a bit of time to connect to phone app, but got there eventually

Be careful if you intend using the supplied screws
The screws supplied with this Thermostat are not compatible with UK surface mounted moulded boxes. The screw diameter is either slightly larger or, the screw thread is not compatible. I tried the screws in two different surface mounted boxes and they damaged one of the boxes beyond use.
