Humans are mostly water-based, so our entire being resonates with water. Water is a cleansing, healing and loving element. It is the feeling of friendship and love that pours over us when we are with our family, friends and loved ones. When we swim water supports us, and you can feel its cool liquidity, its soft and loving touch.
