An excellent refurbished iphone, looks brand new. Not a single scratch or mark. Nicely packaged in simple carboard box with a new charging lead and instructions for warranty registration. Can't fault it. Very happy customer.

I'M SOO HAPPYY! This phone is genuinely a great phone for being in 2026, it's still updating well, setup is fairly easy but just takes ages from android to iPhone. The screen quality is great, and it is durable but obviously I haven't purposely dropped it. Had it for about a week now and would say it's great! The only issues I'd say there is, is that the battery isn't the best.. it came at 80% maximum capacity which yes I know it does mention it might but even then didn't expect it but it does charge quickly and as long as you have low power mode on all day, you'll be fine. The charger it came with didn't work but I bought my own magsafe charger. And finally, the speakers/microphone at the bottom where the charging port is, is hit or miss. But otherwise, the phones very nice, the white's lovely, I'd just advise buying 256gb if you can but it's all good, and I would buy from this reseller again!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.I’ve had loads of problems with the iPhone 13 ( supposedly in excellent condition, I’d hate to see one that wasn’t!) transfer from my old phone went well until I tried to access WiFi. The WiFi toggle was greyed out, also someone else’s phone number was linked to the phone that I couldn’t change. Tried all the usual things to resolve the issues but nothing worked. Thought I’d return to factory settings and return but this was also a problem without internet, finally managed to do it through my laptop. Absolute nightmare from start to finish.

Came in excellent condition, works well battery life wasn't too bad and was what they indicated it would be. Everything else. Its an iphone and does iphone things . For a renewed phone though it is great.
