I love the product EXCEPT, I find that I have to buy a whole new units when the ink runs out. I need to know how to find their refills. I have bought 3 new sets because I can't find refills. What about different colors?

Love the pens use it for everyday work the only issue is the caps on some of the pens do not stay on and they fall off wish they could fix that issue

I do not write reviews, but I'm writing one for this pen because of how terrible it is. Don't get me wrong these pens write very well, however after only a few days of using one of the pens the cap didn't want to stay on tight. It was so loose that I could hold the pen by the cap and it would fall out of the cap. I said whatever and tried a second pen; this one did the same thing. Well here I am now with 12 pens that are still pretty full, but the caps do not stay on. I wish I could use these because they do look cool and write well (the reason I'm not giving it 1 star), however I can't just hold onto a bunch of pens without caps.

These pens are pretty meh in my opinion. They use a lot of ink to write and it bleeds through certain types of paper. I'm left-handed so the ink also smudges onto my hand. I personally wouldn't reccomend them, but they're not useless. Like if you're in dire need of pen this will be fine, but it'll be a little messy.

I did not read the reviews prior to purchasing these pens, I wish I had. A number of the reviewers complained that the caps were not tight and virtually fall off of the pens. I fully concur. I thought my first pen was simply a defect, and decided not to review the product. I was suspect with my second pen when the cap came loose after a few days, even though I was very careful not to push the cap too hard when replacing. Now with my first four pens doing the same thing, and with others reporting the same problem, I cannot recommend these pens. They look great and write well, although there was some buildup of ink on the point. However, since the caps are unreliable, I cannot recommend purchase of this item, and thus my one star review.
