Wonderful but no in drpthinfo about the practices of how the honey is collected, I.e. harm to bees. And very pricey for a small jar.

This was everything it was promised to be and more. We have enjoyed it on anything we would normally use honey on. Much better taste and great flavor.

First, since childhood I have been big into the honey world and I have tried a tons of them, in hundreds ... including here other greek honeys e.g oak, thyme, fir (my favorite), chestnuts, beechwood etc... I bought this honey reading the 5* reviews... After tasting it, I was really disappointed but I give a chance to a new taste for at least one week (old habit)... Yet, even after one week tasting it daily, still I do have in my mouth the same initial taste... Like a sweet jam soaked in chlorine ..I can't take it anymore ... it is the first time in 30 years I had to throw a honey jar away... probably it is this jar, probably my taste buds and this honey are not a good combination, I don't know....

I didn't like the fact that the honey arrived smashed to bits inside of the bubble wrap.So, I can't really submit a review on the product quality.
