Years! I've been taking these for at least five years, right here, from Amazon!Never once got a bad batch.I take them by the handful if confronted with heavy dairy-toppings, cheeses. A handful meaning 5 or more at a time maybe only that time.If I eat dairy free, I don't use them.Lactose intolerance is very painful. Plus, you can't travel. For instance milky drinks from drive through. Or Creme brulee in fancy restaurant. I literally do not live without them.This brand only. Amazon my only supplier all this time.
