Get rid of using a razor when you need to shave your legs. It's very fast acting and leaves no hair once it is done. Also had no issues with it irritating my skin. It left my skin nice and smooth, along with slowing hair growth just a little bit. The only thing that I would change would be the smell.

This is great for the bikini area. I cover the area with plenty of product and leave it on for 15 minutes (yes, that’s longer than you’re supposed to). Then for the most part, it wipes right off! May need to use some elbow grease. Turn on your favorite show while you wait and scrub off and you’ll be good to go. Doesn’t smell great, but it’s not terrible.

Bought this because I'm prone to ingrown hairs in the pubic area. I need a hair removal product that's easy to use and will not burn sensitive areas.I applied the cream to the area (note the hairs were about 3/16" long) and waited about 9 minutes. During the wait, I started feeling a burning sensation on the back of my scrotum (cream was accidentally applied there) after about 3 minutes elapsed. By the end of the 9 minutes, it was a full on burn.I rinsed the cream off and rubbed the area with a wash cloth to assist with removing the hairs.After drying, it was apparent that very few of the hairs were removed; I estimate less than 10%.Based on this performance and the burn, I would NOT recommend purchasing this cream. It simply does not work as claimed and can be painful if applied to sensitive areas.UPDATE 6/22/22: The seller reached out to me to offer a refund due to my experience. That's EXCEPTIONAL customer service and I appreciate their effort in trying to delight their customers. As a result, I've upgraded my rating from 1-star to 3-stars.

This cream worked in less than 10 minutes and removed the hair without emitting a strong odor. There was no odor, in fact, and no burn. I have sensitive skin and didn't have any problems. The application was a little awkward using the included mini spatula, so I just used my fingertips and washed my hands. Another benefit to the cream was that there were no razor bumps or ingrown hairs. Other than having to stand in a weird stance until the time was up to remove the cream and hair, it was easy to apply and remove. I did use a washcloth instead of my hands as the directions recommend. A good product that I recommend.

I've been waxing at home which has been giving me terrible ingrown hairs no matter what I do. So I decided to give this a try. I have incredibly sensitive skin and as long as I follow the directions, this doesn't bother my skin at all! I leave it on for ten minutes and wipe it off with a wash cloth. It does remove hair but it certainly isn't 100 percent full proof everytime. I have very thick, dark fast growing hair and this will remove 90 percent of it but the last little bit that is left is so obvious. This is my third time using it and so far the results last two days before I start to get very stubbly again. I have to leave it on for 10 minutes for each area for it to work. I don't really have an extra 30 minutes to spend every two days to use this stuff so I'm not really sure if it's worth it or not. I might finish out the bottle and update afterwards.

I guess because my under arm hair is coarse because I cant benefit from the fastness of the product. The smell is heavy so if you are sensitive to smells wear a mask and have a fan on. It works but Im still testing the time for me. So far up to 8 min. I hope I dont need to go past 9.

I have very thick pubic hair and my hair did not remove within the timeframe in the instructions. I had to wait even longer for some hair to remove. I am sure this product will work well with those who have thinner hair.

Overall, the product did not have a bad aroma. However, in order for all of the hair to come off I needed to use a washcloth and scrub my skin. I found that it was more effective than trying to use the plastic piece that came with the box.
