Jomax 310857 Mold & Mildew Stain Remover, 1 gallon

I was disappointed in this product. I love the original Jo Max that is mixed with bleach and water which is sprayed on then hosed off. I followed the directions for manual use but without using a scrub brush this product was ineffective. I did not use a power washer. I should have read the product label closer before ordering.

Not the most effective in its own. If I diluted it at all, no effect. Had to use it pure...as opposed to the 1 to 10 ratio recommended

This works. No mildew on my concrete patio is growing back (going on 3 months now) after I pressure-washed it and then applied this solution. It’s only a matter of time before it starts getting green again but for the time being I don’t have to keep doing it.

Installed a new redwood deck in the rain top of the boards turn black almost immediately, tried this product due to the rave reviews and even at undiluted full strength it literally did nothing

I mixed it a little stronger than the directions suggested. Followed directions for pre-weeting area.. and after repeated spraying ... no (to hardly no) difference in the amt of mold / algae on my house.

I used this product to wash the side of my house. The results before and after were very good - nearly as goodas using a product containing bleach.The biggest plus about this product is it doesn't use bleach which will damage the pump on a pressure washer.

Works excellent on the canvas of my camper.

Horrible. I would rate it 0 if I could.
