Very good build quality. Delivered in a couple of perfectly packed big cardboard boxes without a single scratch or dent. I assembled it myself (with my wife and kid) and I can tell you, it needs at least 2 persons to do that. So, opting for assembling service is recommended. Once assembled, everything fits perfectly. It is strong and sturdy and even grown up people can use it (it they are not very tall).Mattresses to buy: What they usually call as "single" will be too small to use with this. You need mattress of dimensions 75x36x5 OR 75x36x4 for a perfect fit. These are available in Amazon. Search for "Sleepwell Starlite Splendor 75x36x5". Do not buy very thin mattresses of 2-3 inches because the "spinal cord" - the middle iron rod - of this bunker bed stands 1/2 inch protruded from the horizontal support "rib" rods.Overall, a very satisfied customer here. Highley recommended.

Pros:- good color, parts came good except one bolt. Delivery was good.Cons:- AS WELL AS ASSEMBLY POINTS FROM EXPERIENCE.Do not tight the screws at the beginning itself, it will be easy to recover from mistakes or if missed any part.No free assembly support given.Assembly instructions not clear.AND, the bed stead (floor) is not flat, but it's made(after assembly) by the vertical-horizontal beams, and there is a height difference of 1cm between the Vertical-horizontal beam, so you need to fill something there to keep your matress flat or else you will have mattress with speedbumps....we filled it with the cardboard in which the product was delivered, but it's not enough, so you have to get some more cardboard boxes extra and then put the mattress on top of it.More Tips:-have measuring tape.cardboard boxes (product came in one as well as some extra).Use medium screws with washers for bed-stead(floor) assembly.Small&large screws for attaching floor to the vertical poles.**For floor assembly, make sure the long rectangle rod with holes(3+2) is on one floor (this will become top floor) and the one with only 2holes is on the other floor. (This will be bottom floor).**The ladder after assembling the 2floors goes in between the 2 floors where the 2-2holes are facing each other, and screw it with Small screws with washers.Don't forget the U-shaped spacers given for attaching the floors to the vertical poles.***NOW AFTER GETTING THE SKELETON STRUCTURE READY, TIGHTEN ALL THE SCREWS***Some Other plastic parts are easy to understand.

Using this product for more than a year now. Both my kids enjoy sleeping on this bunk bed. Assembling happened immediately after the delivery. Very good service.We put mattresses on both levels and it was all set for a good night sleep.The ladder for accessing the top level is also very sturdy.As it is big enough and sturdy enough, kids uptil the age of 12 or 13 can also enjoy the top layer of the bunk bed.Highly recommended.

Product is good but it can be better if you provide metal sheets instead of few rods as when we put bed over it , it will not stay flat over the rods and small rods goes inside the middle rod whose level is more than the small rods so the , bed plane is getting distorted. it is not flat and when we put bed over it , it is awkward.it is not over a plane surface. Apart from that one of screw did not fit due to wrong alignment of hole while assembling. It was not an assembly issue , it was just not aligned. Otherwise its ok. Yes also forget to mention that after opening the product , we found multiple dent on the product , this is due to bad packaging. please maintain quality on packaging .

I dont want to give even one star.... Bcz, they they didnt send the assembly service. Very pathetic. But regularly i got a sms, "ur assembly has been resscheduled due to ... "...like tat. But we dint even get cal from the assembly service persons. After 20 days wait.. atlast we itself assemble the cot. Its really worst product too. Very thin material and on the upper cot no one can sleep,since the cot shaking very much even if we turn... Dont buy this product and don't waste your money.

Amazon delivered this product on time. Assembly person called promptly and fixed cot on time. The product is very good. Metal is excellent. Very strong.

Excellent product quality. But was delivered late. The assembly technicians could not come. Will be glad if assembly is done as I am unable to use it. ( Finally I could assemble it myself )

Pro duct delivery was quick and during assembling the product we found there were no screw holders for ladder and safety fixture on level 1. The service guy also advised to manage with local carpenter. We had to drill 6 holes on the side bars and bought bolts from outside to fix the bed ladder and safety fixture... supplier should work local manufacturers to avoid such misses. For few customers it becomes another 1000 expense to drill and redox things.. so far it’s going good 2nd day.
