Play well with others
Insightful book, tells you more about human relationships. Good to read early in life about how to approach things in life. Why things work and how it takes place. Initially a bit slow but picks up pace later.

New age book with fresh perspective and evidences
This book has been one of the best books that i have read so far this year. The storytelling skills of the author is great which makes facts interesting. The ideas shared in the book has made me rethink my relationship with others, especially friends which I have taken granted for many years.Give this book a chance and it won't disappoint you.

A primer on how to manage our relationships.
Eric Barker writes like a friend, not as a preacher. His down-to-earth style of communication makes the insights easier to understand. I particularly liked his tactical use of humour, irony, and satire. This book is a must-read, whoever you are, and whatever stage your life may be.

Go read it now.
The book gives you a very important message with science backed data. It was an easy and fun read with some of the best insights ever! Also, don't forget to read the acknowledgement - you really should if you're a good person, and good people do get great rewards sometimes ;)* also saw Tim Urban's name in there and as a wbw fan I kinda melted

Good read
If you enjoy the author's blog "Barking Up The Wrong Tree" then you'll enjoy this book.Contains interesting anecdotes, things to try and a rather uplifting message at the end about how to really find happiness.

Insightful, scientific and interesting guide to understand the human nature and relationships
It's beautifully backed up by many different research studies and multiple facts. Plus, lots of funny insightful jokes that made me hard to stop reading and I had to finish the book asap. Probably, I became a very annoying person now to all of my friends and other poor creatures who can't start a normal conversation with me without me shoving the facts in their faces and convincing them that this book is what they need in their lives.

Enjoyed the book, challenged my ideas, but you can learn stuff from it.
Some chapter are better than others, but there is something to apply on each of them.

It's like if first-class science had a baby with brilliant entertainment
I read a lot of research; it's a job hazard. I've read a lot of books attempting to teach the science but they read a little like .... zzzzz... oh! Sorry, I fell asleep there. And, I've read a lot of books that are amazing reads but the science is garbage. Often made up. It seems like those two worlds never meet.Eric makes real science fun as hell. He blends funny storytelling with real science.Oh, and track down the bonus section, it's worth the price of the book by itself.
