The name of this cup totally fits it Funkrin - it is Fun and funky! I mean, it has a cat wearing a headset typing on a laptop with a mouse, and a cat lying his head on a laptop next to another critter and what appear to be cookies (I think). It's adorable. It is perfect for me because I type for a living doing transcription and I'm constantly wearing a headset and typing on my laptop or computer, and I love my cat naps! Also, I love cats, particularly orange tabby cats, so it's like this cup was made just for me. It's colorful. I absolutely LOVE the screw on lid. So much better than the kind that pop in and out and eventually get loose over time requiring you to replace the rubber seal (and also get stained by various drinks where the slider for the mouthpiece is). It can sometimes be hard to align correctly, but it just takes a second or third attempt and it goes on correctly. It also stays tightly screwed in place so it is very easy to carry it by the handle on the lid which is very helpful when I've got my hands full of things going from one room to another or getting in and out of my car. Because I read that several people had issues with the interior coating flaking off, I will only be drinking water without ice or hot coffee or tea in this cup. I don't want to take any chances on having ice scratching the ceramic coating. For ice drinks I will use either my other double-walled plastic cups or if I get a cold drink from a restaurant I can just slide their plastic or paper cup down into this tumbler to keep it cold for as long as I'm drinking it. I did that today with a frozen coke (Icee). I bought the frozen coke at 2 p.m. I slipped the plastic cup from the drive-thru into my Funkrin tumbler and proceeded to enjoy my drink. 4 hours later I still have frozen slushy goodness that I'm sipping on (even without the lid on) which is wonderful because I get brain freeze if I try to drink those too fast. I've enjoyed some hot green tea and coffee out of my cup this week and both stayed warm for hours which is good because it's been pretty cold here this week and with my other tumblers they would have cooled off within an hour normally. Finally, I love the feel of the tumbler. It is painted, but it's a smooth, cool, hard to describe outer coating. It can definitely be slippery if you have wet hands or have just used lotion on your hands, but other than that it is super easy to cold and doesn't get warm on the outside even if you have hot liquids inside. I would have preferred not having the stainless steel rim around the outside lip of the tumbler simply because I was trying to avoid any metal near my mouth, but since I am usually either drinking from it with the lid on it or with another cup inside it with a straw it's really not a big deal. Water tastes wonderful from it and stays cold for a very long time. The size is actually perfect for me because I tend to dribble if I have large-mouthed cups (I.e. 24-32 oz or more). Also when I'm drinking tea or coffee I never drink more than 16 ounces in any given day anyway, so this one is perfect. I would love it if they would come out with an identical one in 24 ounces to use as my water glass so I don't have to refill it as often, but in the meantime I absolutely ADORE this one and all my friends do too!

I actually got this for my boyfriend as a birthday present! I was scared that when he was complimenting it, he was saying it to be nice and polite, but he started listing some really nice qualities of the mug that I honestly wasn't expecting from such a cheap mug. 1) Has a really good water seal. Insanely good. I still wouldn't trust the lid handle because I'm paranoid, but that handle makes holding the mug with hands full super convenient. 2) Hilarious exterior that still cute and funny. 3) Quality ceramic interior, he loves his tea and coffee in it and no staining so far! This does not mean you should still neglect cleaning the interior tho << 4) Holds great amount of fluid, hot and cold. If I remember correctly, even if theres really hot fluids inside, the outside doesn't feel hot at all. Maybe a little warm, but still, super nice not to burn my hands touching the mug after I pour something in it haha

Pros- ceramic coating, no stainless steel taste- keeps temperature- I like the lid handle for carrying (which was a surprise to me)Cons- if you fill it above the line where the lid threads descend down to, it will leak. I don't know how it does this exactly. I would pour in coffee carefully. No spills whatsoever. Put on the lid (closed). Find a coffee ring on the table underneath. If I leave the lid open, no spill/overflow. I thought I was going crazy. Now, I under fill it and leave the lid open for a few minutes.- The lid handle is near impossible to lift up from where it is held in place. I had to use a car key to pop it open. It's easier now, but still really tight. There's zero chance my wife could lift it without a tool (like me!).- the ceramic lining must be cleaned often. I got in the habit of rinsing but not cleaning my stainless tumblers. The ceramic lining holds on to whatever you put in it (tastes linger). So, you'll need to wash it more often. It is similar to the lining in the Zojirushi thermoses.

I'm a slow drinker and take my time drinking my coffee, and this is the PERFECT cup for me. Not only is it cute and super easy to clean (seriously, things can just rinse right off without having to use soap or a sponge), it keeps my coffee warm long enough for me to enjoy all of it. That's probably somewhere around an hour or more, and the temperature doesn't change at all.Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this cup to other leisurely drinkers who want something cute, functional, and easy to clean.

Very nice colors, exactly like the picture. I love that it comes with a handle, so much easier to carry when my arms are full. The cup does not leak when the top is closed even if it's laying on it's side. Keeps the coffee warm for 3-4 hours.

Keeps the temp, ceremic coating inside reduces effecting the taste of the drink yet super light weight and cute!!!!

This cup is solid and well-made, and the ceramic lining means your tea, or your cold drink, don't take on that metallic flavor. The lid fits well and prevents most spills when it's closed properly. It keeps my drink hot or cold for a couple of hours, and the base is narrow enough to fit in the cup holder on my car. It holds a lot, but it's kind of tall. For use in the car, you might prefer their 16oz version.

I was looking for a thermal travel mug with ceramic lining, because the metal-lined ones make the coffee taste metallic. This one definitely fits the bill! It keeps the drink hot for hours, and even at the end, it still tastes like you are drinking it out of a ceramic mug at home! This unit is well-made, easy to use, and easy to drink from. It is also leak-proof. I bought one for my wife a few months ago, and she loves it. I bought another one for myself recently, and am enjoying it as well. My other travel mugs made the coffee taste terrible after an hour or so, and they don't fit into the cup-holders on my car like this one does. I have used other products from this company, and will definitely be buying from them again.

Bought this for my wife to use in her office. Her feedback was good. It keeps the drinks hot for a decent period of time in aircon environment.
