I've always been a huge fan of these bars. They taste super sweet and chocolatey and coconuty, but without the carbs that you'd otherwise expect. They always feel a bit pricey, but at the same time they still seem like a good value, especially the value packs.

Well, it is Atkins Diet, but compare it to the little top selling brand, you get 3x more, there damn good and the price is good. Most importantly, you feel satisfied, and doesn't raise your B.G.L. too much. Coconut is very good for medicinal purposes for Diabetics, like me. 👍😎✌

I am beginning another journey with Atkins 20 years after my first successful adventure. I used to treat myself to these when I first tried this lifestyle and successfully reached my goal without feeling deprived. I went off "Atkins" diet during my first pregnancy under doctors orders. And was up and down with my weight as mom. So 20 years later I am so HAPPY to see these are still available and they have the same GREAT taste I remember. I love these and any coconut lovers out there won't be disappointed.

I’ve been snacking on these things after moving to a keto/low-carb diet a couple of years ago now. They’re great for some quick sustenance when you’re out and about.Just be aware of some potential consequences you may encounter after eating these bars- immense and rather vocal flatulence.Hoo boy- let’s just say these aren’t what you want to munch on if you work in a quiet environment like s cubicle or office, as you will be drawing attention to yourself in a most embarrassing manner.You will be letting them rip loud-and-proud in a matter of minutes and you won’t be able to stop it. In fact, holding it in will only multiply the agony and the trumpeting you will inevitably experience.They DO taste great though, and they work well if you’re looking to enjoy a low-carb snack. Just be prepared for the looks of abject horror on the faces of anyone within your vicinity.

I grab one of these for a quick breakfast on the go or for a pick me up snack. They taste almost like a Mounds bar without the carbs. I do wish they were a little less expensive but will continue buying them as I love them.

These tasted great, as good as a regular candy bar and the size was reasonable and satisfying. I'm not sure I trust on the net carbs, sugars, etc. First of all, it contains MALTITOL syrup (not the power which has a lower glycemic index), which only has a slightly lower glycemic index than table sugar (52 vs 60) so I'm not sure how much benefit you are getting by not having sugar in this candy. Also, the bar claims 9 g of dietary fiber but I'm not sure where that comes from. Certainly not just the coconut since there are only about 7g of fiber in an entire cup of coconut and there is nowhere near that amount in one 40g bar.Finally, they subtract all 8g of sugar alcohols from the total carbs in order to calculate the net carbs but most nutritional plans I know of say you only subtract HALF the total amount of sugar alcohols when calculating net carbs. That would make the net carbs on these 4g higher than listed. All in all, I simply don't trust the nutritional claims made on these but I am willing to investigate further.BTW, the price on these packages has more than *doubled* in the 8 days since I bought mine.
