To give my throttle hand a rest on long trips

It took 60 seconds to install. There are no in instructions, duh.This is not a cruise control, it's an assist. I quickly learned how to use my index finger to set it. Don't overtightened it, I'm amazed how little the set screw has to be tightened.I rotate the throttle to maybe a little over the speed I want and then move the control forward with my index finger to the brake lever. I can the then use slight adjustments to hold my speed until I have to slightly adjust it again.Really quite effortless. You'll probably only be using it once in a while depending on the road conditions.Perfect, no, a great aid, yes. Even if you only a few minutes at a time before another tweak is needed.You can relax your hand, which is welcome.$10 vs $10k-$15k-$20k for a different bike with a factory cruise control?I like my Kawasaki and this nothing short of a great addition.

I like the fact that it isn’t hard to set up, no instructions but it’s comment sense. Just look at the picture provided and adjust as needed. 2 things I didn’t like about this product; the silicone piece that goes around the throttle was broke when I opened the package, also the screw on the Cruise Control unit itself had rust on it. So with that being said, not 100% happy but it is what it is I guess 🤷🏽‍♂️

So, after letting the robber ring sit in hot water for a bit I was easily able to get it over my hand grip, got the throttle lock set on the handgrip and went for a short ride. I was noticing after a couple of time of engaging it that it was not staying in place. Upon further inspection, I came to notice that the bolt that holds it together had fallen out, as well as whatever was retaining it. The item is now in multiple pieces and unusable until I fix it. Pretty annoying because I didn't see a bolt holding it together to begin with so I didn't know if it was missing from the start or not. The more ya know....

Works perfect, no damage or alteration needed for installation

Lock either too loose to stay locked in place against the brake lever, or to tight and couldn't be adjusted while holding throttle position one handed... Over torqued to keep it from turning at all let's you use the thumb hook to hold the throttle position while resting the remainder of your hand.

Works as it should. Great cruise if u don't want to spend a lot or barely use it. Be careful tho that it doesn't increase or decrease your speed drastically.
