I bought the Shark steam mop and these were listed on the same page as extra pads, so I assumed they were correct. Wrong! First of all, when my steam mop arrived, it didn't come with the smaller triangle mop head, so that pad was totally useless. The other one fit the rectangular head, but unlike the ones which came with the steam mop, which have a fairly smooth side and a rougher, scrub side, this one is smooth on both sides.

I ordered 2 sets of the rectangular & triangular pads set (as pictured above), but received 2 sets of the rectangular pads...but with the long stringy construction that leaves wet marks. Received zero triangular pads. Contacted Amazon and am returning for a refund...so now need to try and reorder from a different seller so that I can hopefully get the correct pads.

Can't imagine ever using a bucket and mop again... NO WAY! For tough spots I use a spray cleaner first, then run the steamer. It dries so fast... fast enough that I don't have to worry about paw prints from my pets coming in before I'm finished.BTW, any electrical device that uses water, e.g. an iron or steam cleaners will last much longer if you use (cheap) distilled water. The hard city water would destroy these appliances quickly. At under $1/gal, I consider this a worthwhile effort to protect my investment.

I know the brand name says "Shark" like the originals that came with our steam mop, but they were unusable from the very first time we tried them, and we had to throw them away. They are made of a different fabric which does not glide over the floor smoothly like the pads that came with our mop. Also, unlike the originals, they were almost impossible to stretch over the mop head, very tight and non-stretchy.After finally getting one pad on, I struggled for half an hour to push the mop over the floor, but there was so much friction, and it was so hard to push, I just gave up. I ended up washing the original pads, and put them back on damp and reused them. We are hoping to find some pads identical to the original at the store.

Unfortunately, these fit really tightly on my Shark. I did check the model of my Shark with these before purchasing, but they are so snug on my Shark and of course have shrunk a little in the wash. They are well made and are a great buy for the price, but I unfortunately will not be purchasing again.

I like my Shark steam mop well enough so I needed more pockets. I have two minor complaints: They do not seem to get completely clean when you wash them because they stain badly; and even though I launder them in cold water they shrink. A couple of the pockets don't fasten completely on the mop head anymore due to shrinkage. I believe they clean well and at least they haven't fallen apart with continued use.

This product clearly did not give the measurement of the plastic head small 12" or wider 16.5" frame and did not state what the products pad was made of (smooth for dusting or fiber fingers for spraying). If it wasn't for my neighbor who brought her Shark machine (same as I bought) over for me to see, I wouldn't have known that the machine was missing the wider plastic frame than the one received.

Please read all the reviews before purchasing this product. Normally I read all reviews before purchase but I was in a hurry and didn't do that for this product. Big mistake. Don't waste your money on this product. The triangle shaped pad barely fits my Shark and the rectangular pads don't fit at all - they are several inches too small. I received the pads loose in a manila envelope without any packaging identifying it as a Shark product. If the product description says "Shark" and has the correct code for that product, shouldn't it be a Shark product? How about some truth in advertising?
