Worked as expected.

This 3/16" thick sheet was purchased to make mud flaps for my Kubota RTV900. It appears to be very high quality neoprene and it does not smell as strong or as bad as many have claimed. I am very happy with the purchase.

Like so many Chinese products with rubber, it smelled terrible at first, I used it as a cover for a musical instrument table. My wife said "That's got to go", but I said lets let it go a week and see how it does. After a week, it still stunk, but a lot less, so it was forgotten about and after about a month very little. So if this is a time frame you can deal with, it's a great product, if not don't do it.

It's been in my truck for over a year now. I used it to patch an area that was ripped under my floor mat on my vinyl floor. I adhered it with the toughest Liquid Nail caulk adhesive I could find and it's holding firm.

The product is fit for use, so let's talk about the odor. Clearly the greatest problem with this product is the smell and it does smell, strongly when you unwrap it. Even out of doors it has a strong rubber smell. Your hands will smell when you handle it. When you remove the plastic wrap you might see that has a yellow cast, as does the removable clear sheet separating the layers. I unwrapped both rolls and loosened them a bit to make space between the layers. I put one in a swimming pool (location secret to protect me) and the other on the deck. The water around the one roll took on a slight yellow cast. The next day the smell was less for both rolls. I laid one strip out flat in the sun and the other I left in the pool. At the end of the day both rolls were significantly less odorous. I installed both of them as rain flaps at the bottom of the roof on a rolling roof instrument shelter.The next day there was a slight odor of rubber in the shelter, sort of like the smell of a new tire. instrument shelter, less of a smell than a new tire.That said it is just what I needed. The dimensions are correct, though one piece was a bit LONGER than 10'. One star off for the exceptionally strong smell when the package is first opened.

Good quality, however it does NOT have adhesive backing.
