Whilst easy to swallow, they are fairly large capsules and the dosage is 3 capsules taken together. It’s a shame that the dosage can’t be made into one capsule. Notwithstanding that, I have now been taking these for 4 weeks and the pain relief is amazing. I have tried other brands previously but never had such effective results nor so quickly. Generally it has been 6-8 weeks before relief but with these the relief came after 3 weeks.I am so pleased with them that I have just signed up for the subscription offer.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I prefer capsules for easy swallowing, this produced has been rated no:1 in studies, so I’ve bought some to see if they make any difference to my joints, I’ve only been taking them a short while so can’t honestly say there’s improvement yet, but there’s no after taste capsules are reasonably small, so easy to swallow,A little pricey but pay for what you get, came through quickly,

After my wife read the rave review, she kept on to get these to help both of us. We both suffer from joint pain.Anyway, they arrived very quickly. 2 in the morning with food and 1 later in the day, again with scran.Well its been 3 weeks now and no change. In my opinion only, a waste of money. The wife is not yet convinced but I'm update this in a few weeks time.Oh, and they will stick if you don't take with liquid.

I wanted something natural to help my arthritic knee, as we were going on an active holiday and I wanted my joints to be working properly! There were good reviews from this product therefore ordered it to try it. The capsules are quite big, so if you don't like swallowing big tablets, this may not be for you. It says you need to take 3 a day, but doesn't say if you need to take them all at once or spread it out during the day. I take them all at once and after 2 weeks, I feel less pain and seem to be able to move easier. i will continue taking these as I think it helps.

MSM can cause stomach upset, nausea, diarrhea and bloating.....I have had all 3! Felt great before I took this brand but the side effects hit me almost immediately due to a super sensitive gut. I would say it is only worth taking if you are sure you have OSTEOARTHRITIS because that's what it's actually good for.....any other undiagnosed joint pain and I would try a different brand if you have any digestive issues.MSM is only 'possibly' safe when mixed with hylauronic acid as this is, and shouldn't be taken long term.

Glucosamine really works for me. I had to try a couple of different makes and these work the best.
