Awesome value phone!! Great battery life. Barely charges it. Maybe only once and I have had it over a week! Rugged phone. Waterproof and dust proof. Phone has had no problem handling anything I do from gaming to all the tabs and apps I h tend to have open at once lol. And I swear by the U-Tech store. They provide a 2 year warranty. Replacement in 60 days. And their customer support is fast, reliable and puts the customer first. Will 100% be buying another Ulefone. And will be buying it from U-Tech! Would recommend to any friend or family.

Does the job. I've not tested it's waterproofness yet, but it seems robust and is holding up well to the hard life I've given it this far.Didn't come with the promised wireless charger, which I had to chase up (hence the loss of a star)

I already had one of these which the police stole from me in a bungled and pointless drug raid. I replaced it with the same model because it's got better specs than any other phone in this price range. My old one had come out of its holder on my bike and gone flying down the road several times and there wasn't even a scratch on it. It's big and heavy but that's because of the huge battery . Still seems better than spending nearly a grand in a phone that dies if steam from your coffee gets near it or an iPhone that has no features or tricks whatsoever

after dropping the phone of course its so fat and heavy ... the screen shattered into a million pieces, i did not have the phone more than 2 months and still! i contacted the company to no response as the screen is not available anywhere .... again a phone is only the value of its replaceable parts .... this phone cannot be repaired or spares ordered !!!! its a high risk item as loss of data and ... is guaranteed! how do you return an item to a fake company !? especially as i am not at home and on expedition for 1 year ! do not believe the 60 day return policy its lies! no answer to any messages!

The media could not be loaded.  Delivery was quick. Packaging is great and it comes with everything you need. All cables and power adapter. An 18 watt charger to charge the 10000 mAh battery. Which lasts for a week easily depending on how you use it. It's rugged and waterproof, ideal for me when I am out hiking. The processor is powerful and gets through all the apps I use including gaming, the 6 gigabytes of ram and 128 gigabytes of storage make this a beast of a phone for the price. The Google pay and NFC are easy to set up. The large 6.5 inch screen is bright and sharp with no lag or blurring. The built in FM radio is a major bonus for me when hiking nice and loud. I also bought the optional case accessory which lets you securely attach the phone to your belt via a choice of 2 clips, essential for me when hiking/working in the garden.

Excellent phone, does everything I need it to do and more! Superb customer service from the supplier, I had missed that I had to add the wireless charger separately but they contacted me and arranged for one to be sent. 👍👍👍👍👍😃😃😃

I have bought 3 seperate ulefone phones, in each one the product fails be it software or a hardware fail. In this one the product was bought with a " +wireless charger" which is also CLEARLY SHOWN IN THE SALES IMAGE, yet nothing was in the box on arrival. I have contacted Ulefone 3 times, the first instance i was told to buy from their official site, 2nd time i have had no reply & the 3rd time again i am waiting for a reply. (this is all within 3 weeks, + the fact that there is a +8hr time difference for ANY form of reply & it feels like carrier pigeon would be more efficient.)In short, they do offer decent hardware spec & effectiveness BUT their support side is ATROCIOUS & i would NOT suggest them to a buyer otherwise

If your telephone you have goes wrong within the 2 year warranty (and I'm not saying that is likely), the U-Tech team are supportive and can sort an issue. I had to return my phone and received my replacement 48 hours after the return was received. Good communication too. Thank you U-Tech.

It was written in the description of the warrant "Ulefone 10000mAh Rugged Smartphone, Power Armor 14 Pro + Wireless Charger..." but Wireless Charger not included.

As an office worker, not a mountaineer, I purchased the Ulefone Power Armor 14 Pro less than a year ago (10 months), attracted by its claims of ruggedness and a powerful 10000mAh battery. Expecting a device that could handle the minimal stresses of office life with ease, my experience has instead been a journey of frustration and disappointment, raising serious questions about the quality of products sold on Amazon.In less than a year, the phone's condition has deteriorated alarmingly. The back of the phone is swelling noticeably, and the cracks that have developed are getting worse over time. This is a glaring contradiction to the tough, durable image it's marketed with. For a product that's supposed to be rugged, this rapid decline in quality is not just surprising but unacceptable.Adding to the disappointment, the wireless charger I bought alongside the phone stopped working just a few months in. This has been more than just an inconvenience; it's an added expense that I did not anticipate, given the phone's initial cost and its supposed durability.Overall, my experience with the Ulefone Power Armor 14 Pro has been thoroughly disheartening. It's a complete letdown, especially for a phone that's marketed for its toughness and longevity. I urge potential buyers to be wary of this product and perhaps reconsider their options. This situation has led me to question the authenticity of the products sold by Amazon and the effectiveness of their Quality Control. Unfortunately, the phone has not lived up to its rugged reputation, and I feel compelled to share this experience to caution others.

My comments on the phone is as following:1- it was described that the phone is IP68 which supposed to be ingraved on the body according to the international standard and found that the IP68 indication is not shown on the phone. I was being a user of IP 68 phones for a while, and I can till that it is absolutely not IP 68 phone.2- I used the phone for few hours which has a battery of 10000Mah which supposed to stay live for two days and the battery was going very fast. My other Doogee phone has 6000Mah battery which lasted longer than this phone battery.3- it was described that the phone will come with wireless charger but no wireless charger is delivered with the product.
