Decent for a professional balloon twister.
I've revised this review after using them for a weekend. If you have not been blowing up 260s by mouth (which is incredibly difficult no matter what brand), for consistent inflation results on these use a pump. I don't think it would affect anyone, but the balloons vary somewhat like as if neons are a part of the mix. As you might know if you've been making professional balloons, neons are not like a 160, but not quite as full as a 260 and handles a bit differently. The rest of them when blown correctly are definitely a 260. It's not like a betallatex which is my preference, but it is not compromised in any way that I would consider it unuseable as a professional grade balloon. It's just slightly less "rubbery." They don't have as much powder on them so if you are going through hundreds you'll start to notice a difference. I feel like they do loose their shine more quickly than qualatex or betallatex and are not quite as sturdy. They don't hold a bubble at the leftover tip of a balloon easily. Ive tried about 5 different brands on Amazon that are reasonably priced and these are the best one's. The price is amazing. As of 7/24/22 my "professional" balloons are costing as little as $17 for 250 count and these were $20 for 400 count. On top of that price difference, I can order these here easily then get them in 2 days at most without extra for shipping. I ordered these because my order with a balloon store (of course there are none locally at the moment), was supposed to be here for work by the weekend but you probably know how that goes. Lol. I am super glad that I did make the decision to try these.

Professional Balloon Artist review
As one of New England's top balloon artists I have been a using Qualatex balloons. I ordered this after reading a review from another professional and thought I would give them a try.I utilized them in a five hour Apple-Pumpkin festival where they performed exceptionally well. They do have a different feel, but we're reliable and was able to take complex twists without breakage or deflation.

Very pleasantly surprised
I was initially hesitant to buy these because I thought the price was too good to be true. FYI I've been doing magic for over 50 years, and I have made a lot of balloons and a lot of birthday parties in that time. Most recently, I made over 400 in a single day for a company function in the summer. I know a good balloon when I feel one. I just got these about 2 hours ago. I was feeling expecting them to pop as cheap balloons do. One other reviewer mentioned they are hard to blow up manually. I found this to be true. It is hard to inflate them without a pump. But who is still blowing up balloons nowadays by mouth? This is the best value for the money I have ever found. Highly recommended. 500 balloons for under $30? I will be buying these from now on.

Not as good as Qualatex (what did you expect?). But a nice cheaper alternative.
If you're expecting Qualatex quality 260 balloons, you will be disappointed. But as a cheaper alternative this is great. For reference: I purchased these balloons to do balloon animals/balloon twisting. So my review is with that in mind. If you're getting these just to tie balloons together for a balloon arch these will work great. If you're getting these to practice balloon animals/balloon twisting then read on:Pros for Balloon Twisting:-You get a massive # of balloons (400) and you get a very nice variety of colors-The balloons are good enough to work for balloon twisting (see attached photos for examples - these are all from these balloons)-I've made about 50+ balloon animals so far and only popped about 7 balloons in the process-These are perfect to PRACTICE balloon twisting on (but if you're going to use these for a bday party and someone has hired you, then read in the cons)-You can also possibly use these for indoor bday parties if someone has hired you for balloon twisting-Easy to inflate with Qualatex Dual Action Hand Pump-I'm very happy with these - they were sufficient and a lot better for balloon twisting then a lot of the other cheaper alternatives.Cons for Balloon Twisting:-These are hard to inflate using the cheaper balloon pumps (definitely get a dual action pump like the Qualatex dual action pump)-NOT for outdoor balloon twisting - I noticed that in the heat these pop a lot easier than the Qualatex balloons-Not the most reliable for bday parties as a balloon twister although can work for indoors-powdery - which I noticed can make your floor slippery if you child decides to dump it all onto the floor to play with-I didn't count the # of balloons I received, but it looked like they stuffed a clear container with as many as they could; around 1% of balloons had micro holes so weren't usable. In summary - if you're looking for a cheaper alternative to practice balloon twisting, and maybe using for an indoor party - this is a good one! But nothing will beat Qualatex.

Bad Quality
These balloons came crushed in a box and by far the worst quality of balloons that I've bought. These balloons were highly recommended for their durability, but there have been multiple balloons that have popped just after blowing them up, not even all the way, and some balloons had small holes in them making them unusable. I also noticed that the animal balloons I've made with this brand tend to deflate way quicker than other brands. Again, these balloons came highly recommended, and I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch, but unfortunately, the quality of these balloons is disappointing and not worth the money.
