Customer Service
We ordered a somewhat hard to find harvest gold toilet from Bath 1 to match our dated bathroom. The price was very favorable and the customer service was outstanding. The vendor they use for the toilet however needs quality control improvements. The first toilet had a few manufacturing flaws in the porcelain finish that I could have lived with. After installing a licensed plumber diagnosed that the new toilet wouldn't flush water down the drain because the toilet trap was manufactured with porcelain obstruction. Bath 1 was very accommodating with the replacement arriving in just three days. Needless to say, I wasn't happy about the quality, but the customer service is excellent. They even offered to reimburse me for a portion of the purchase price. The replacement toilet quality was much better though still imperfect.

Poor flushing performance
I really wanted to like this toilet, as there are not many options for buying yellow toilets, but the flushing leaves a lot to be desired. If you do a full flush, a large volume of water surges out from under the front of the rim inside the bowl and crashes into the water (and other material) in the bottom of the bowl with enough force to cause splashing (of water and other material ) up and over the rim of the bowl. In other words, droplets of whatever land outside of the bowl.At the same time, the flow of water in the back of the bowl is extremely weak and poorly distributed. Only a few rivulets emerge, and the surface of the exact middle rear of the bowl does not get rinsed at all (the rivulets diverge around it, like an island in the middle of a river), so if there is any "material" on the rear inside wall of the bowl, it must be removed by hand...err, manually,I've lived with it for over a year, but at some point I am going to bite the bullet and replace this. If I can't have a yellow toilet that flushes properly, I will make do with white, bathroom color scheme be damned. I gave it two stars because it is quiet and doesn't leak and is otherwise satisfactory.

The color is nice...
The only thing good about this toilet is that you can get it in colors other than white or bisque. It does not flush as well as a competitors brand, not even close. Water level is really low in the bowl. The flush valve and other plumbing hardware seems cheap, even the flush handle is cheap white plastic. Seems they could have at least put a chrome plated plastic handle on it. Unless you really have to have a blue or pink toilet, I would not recommend this brand. But I gave it three stars because sometimes like in mid-century bathrooms you really want the color, and at least one manufacturer makes them.

THE NEXT BESTEST THING!
Having dwelled in my home for almost 1/4 of a century, and living with totally unusual & cool 70's bathroom fixtures, I was thankful for the longevity of my original appliances...Sadly, last month my guest bath toilet died--well beyond repair :( So, I was on the hunt for a shade of mid-blue (akin to deep sky blue) which I assume was an industry standard in the "hippie daze" (AHEM) when my home was erected. After searching the net I was appalled by the lack of a decent fixture that would replace my broken one, that was under 500 or so dollars...Why is it that the same product in anything other than the basic white, is highly overpriced :( -- Having been a potter for almost half a century I am well aware of the price that the oxides (coloring agents for making glazes) are costly to make special colors....However, once these companies have colorants in their manufacturing facilities, they have already been compensated long ago for the supplies...Hence, I can understand tacking on perhaps 50 dollars more (and that is even excessive) for a shade other than white, but 200 to 500 dollars more tacked on to an already inflated price, is just an unfair ripoff! So, when I came upon this sweet Dresden Blue toilet, sold in a complete kit, I decided to bend a wee bit for my color choice...This blue is not as deep as my original, however, it's a good substitute, with the tone still matching the custom decor of this room...(I had mosaiced the shower myself and this was a nice contrast blend...I did not have to settle for plain white! It was under 200 dollars and I could justify the extra 50-60 bux to get something that worked! The toilet is made well, and it's the complete package sans the waxy base ring :P -- Do yourselves a favor and check them out!

Your search for a blue toilet may end here!
It's new to me so I can't vouch for longevity but it looks great. The sink in my little bathroom is more of a sky blue but this is close enough. The original (67 year old) sky blue toilet cracked at the base causing a slow leak that resulted in floor rot and ceiling rot in the room underneath. After paying for $3,000 worth of damage I decided I wanted a new toilet and then learned only Peerless still manufactured colored toilets. I ordered this one in Dresden blue. It uses a lot less water than my old one.

Does what a commode is supposed to do ... and it's PINK
My home was built in 1957. The oven is pink, the 'fridge is pink, the bath tub is pink ... so when it was time for a new toilet, it had to be pink. This is a great match and even looks mid century.

Flushes and looks great!
This is a great toilet! I wanted a pink toilet, but I was afraid of venturing outside of the more popular and proven brands. I ordered anyway, and I'm glad I did. It was easy to install. The picture seems to accurately reflex the color. Most importantly, it flushes great! We've had the toilet several months and no clogs or problems.
