I've gone through several brands (and about 10 jars) of UMF-rated manuka honey, and this one from Onuku is one of the better ones I've tried. After using this honey for a few weeks I can honestly vouch for the claims Onuku has made. For a long time, I was cautious about purchasing honey due to the abundance of fake and adulterated honey on the market as of recent. When I discovered Onuku manuka honey it was clear that the honey was UMF certified. For those of you who have not tried Manuka honey yet, it is worth it! Although it is quite pricey, you can really tell the difference between Manuka honey and any other honey you've tried before. It is very viscous and has a distinct somewhat minty aftertaste.I take a spoonful daily to keep acid reflux at bay and has worked like magic. I also have tried using the honey topically on some dry skin patches and has healed the problem area within days. Manuka has amazing healing properties! I also appreciate the sleek packaging and the fact that this honey is good to use for two years, meaning I can stock up without having to worry about the honey going bad!

I’m a college student that loves healthy and natural products . Tried all the other manuka brands and this tastes the best, supports the Maori people , is umf certified and projects non gmo verified . I contacted the company and the expiration is long dated. the jar is weighed accurately to the gram .Although expensive onuku typically has frequent sales and promotions much better then the other companies and guaranteed authentic ! Using manuka honey on my face once daily cured my stubborn acne within a week & has continued improving my complexion with clarity & moisture. I use about a table spoon & apply it all over my face & neck for 20-30 mins at least 5 days a week. When the time is up, I massage any excess honey into my face & rinse with warm water to remove stickiness. I then follow up with a regular skin care routine. At first, especially if you have open acne sores, it might burn or tingle, but that's normal! Manuka honey is antibacterial & simply cleaning out the wound.(I recently started adding Manuka honey to my tea to help with reflux.) It’s an awesome product highly recommend it. And will buy it again.

I love Manuka honey! I've been using it for more than 5 years now. I bought the Onuku Honey, and I find it on par with the rest, if not better. I love the box it comes in - it has a nice velvety touch and embossed elements, and it gives a luxurious feel of a product with a high quality. There is a lot of information on the box like mfg. and expiration date, and the UMF license number, something that the other products were missing. I love the dark, bitter taste of Manuka Honey! This one is a little bit runnier, but that's a plus in my opinion. I use it for my ulcer - when it starts to hurt, all I need is 1-2 teaspoons, and I am golden - no more pain. I bought one for my friend who also has ulcer, and one for my sister for overall immune control. I highly recommend this product!

This has a pack date of 6/13/17. It's almost Dec of 2020. Other than that I haven't tried it yet.

I would have given it 4 stars for the price, but I shouldn't ding this as ALL Manuka honey is expensive, so the price is just something we have to deal with. Though, I did find this brand a little less expensive than other brands, so that is a good thing :-)The flavor of this Manuka Honey is real good AND I was surprised at how dark this honey is, as they say the "darker" color is associated with quality Manuka. I've tried others with higher UMF rating and the color was less dark.Good flavor, strong, great texture. Good stuff. Will purchase again!!

I love the taste of this manuka honey. It is wonderful in tea for days that you don't feel well or need a recharge. It is an excellent wound healer as well. I'm getting ready to buy more.

Was very disappointed to know that this was manufactured in june 2017 and expires june 2021. It was oct 2020 when i ordered and received it. I know it's technically NOT expired, but it's been sitting on a shelf for over 3 years, and months away from the printed expiration date. When i order any type of food/supplement, I expect it to not have sat in a warehouse for over 3 years!

Me encanta. Uso Manuka porque me gusta y tambien porque me ayuda el sistema inmune. Esta bien tenerlo en casa porque lo mezclo con curcuma para tratar resfriados y dolor de garganta entre otras cosas. Funciona de maravilla.
