These socks are very comfortable and so far, durable. The wool content is only 38%, but that seems to be enough to keep the feet warm and dry, even where I live in Southeast Alaska. They are neither too thin nor too thick, and feel good in my boots without slipping. They don't slide too easily on a bare floor, so I don't worry about turning a corner when wearing them in my apartment. The fit is good -- they don't squeeze my calves but they stay up. After trying one set of these, I ordered another so I can make them my daily socks.

I bought these for hiking and hunting. They are exactly as described and very comfortable. I’ve only use them a few times and I made sure to only wash them in warm water then hung them to dry to ensure they didn’t shrink.

When I wear them, a bit of the fabric comes off which makes me vacuum the floor! And I just bought them!

These socks are perfect for boot wearer’s or if you simply spend a significant amount of time on your feet. They’re extra thick and comfortable plus you get the added benefit of having dry feet. If you sweat from your feet these socks, by some form of sorcery keep your feet dry.
