Comfortable
The thickness of the metatarsal area cushions the ball of my foot. The deep heel cup arch support keeps my foot aligned. I like those inserts and will buy again.

A bump in the middle of the foot
This insole is not comfortable for me, the arch support is great but they all have this bump in the middle of the foot that makes it very uncomfortable to walk in.

GREAT insoles, I would recommend!!
These insoles are great! I never had a lot of foot problems, but I have worked a lot of jobs, that required lots of walking and some required, steel toe shoes. I ALWAYS found the shoe that worked and changed insole if I had too. The other ones that I would recommend and still will use are Dr. Sholls Heavy Duty Work Support insoles are great. If I had general sore feet, i would temporarily use GOOD FEET, which are great. I rarely needed to use those though. I used a lot of Dr. Scholls double layer foot cushion, which is great, for added comfort. I have a new job that requires constant moving left right and twisting non stop. I started to get pains around toes, and heel, (not blisters) hot spots, i thnk from twisting and rubbing. I tryed all the stuff above and wasnt working. The GOOD FEET, helped alot though. I ended up purchasing a WIDE steel toe and used a compresion sock and regular sock over that, tryed to changed my technique of moving feet, lift instead of twist. The Kelaide Arch Support, reminded me of GOOD FEET, but more comfort, not as hard. Also, the raised mid section of insole helps. THESE MADE A DIFFERENCE, BEST OPTION RIGHT NOW FOR MY NEW JOB.(I will try in my regular shoe, not wide and see).I will add, after writing this post, I rolling with just a regular, sort of thick sock. compression sock squeezes toes and sometimes rub after hours.

Good stuff to get! Very supportive for flat feet
It fits into my air force one so well, and it feels surprisingly comfortable; meanwhile it gives me a strong support on my flat foot arch. I enjoyed the way it feels on my feet, so comfy.

My Left Foot (apologies to Daniel Day Lewis)
After having had plantar fasciitis for about 5 months and treating it with pain killers and exercises, I bought these insoles. They are well made and fit in my wellies well, which I use for dog walking twice a day (about 3/4 hour each time). They feel a little strange with the pronounced bump in the middle, but so far seem to be reducing the pain (only my left foot, by the way).Early days yet, but I feel they are helping.

A good product with one controversial feature.
I bought these because I have had knee tendon problems. The problems had been greatly helped by a knee brace but I thought I could improve on that by curing pronation that could have contributed. I bought these insoles and they have help. They are worth trying and I will keep using them. However, they have one controversial feature. There is a raised pad in the foot arch. You will find this uncofortable or even painful when you first walk with them in the morning. They then become comfortable and you don't feel the raised pad after fifteen or twenty minutes. Similar products don't have that feature and I don't know whether or not it is necessary. It may be one of the features that makes these insoles so good for me or it may be something I could do without. I am going to try a similar insole without it to compare the comfort and performance. I am glad I tried these though and I have derived great benefit in reduced knee, ankle and back pain. Glad I bought them.

Very comfortable and supportive
This is my second set of these particular support insoles and for me, they work very well in giving additional arch support. I use them for walking shoes and boots in particular, replacing the insoles supplied by the shoe manufacturer which I generally find inadequate for the job. I would definitely recommend, although they are pretty expensive for what they are.... but you've only got the 1 pair of feet afterall!
