My Parakeets love it. I did make a new perch because it was to loose. It has a little devider in it witch the chewed up in a few days, but thats ok.

This by far is the most fantastic nest box that you can buy, I bought 6 of them. The packaging is amazing, bubble wrap all around and is taped securely. I was amazed at the care in which the manufacturer took to ship this product. Superior wood construction compared to other wooden nest boxes on the market. No splinters here, all of the edges are sanded and measured correctly. The nest box has a perch, hinges, a clasp, a metal entrance, and mounting options that allow you to mount the nest box outside or inside your birdcage. The work that it took to create this product is consistent throughout the design you won't be disappointed. I would recommend this product anyone that is looking for a quality nest box.

Wooden box itself is well constructed but be very careful with hardware. Tiny screws come out..LuckilyI found it before the bird ingested it.

Sturdy, good bird box. My only suggestion would be to add an option for a secondary hole at the top or on 1 side for the birds that prefer that. My lovebirds went straight to work tearing their own secondary escape route.Otherwise, great box at a great price.

This is a very nice box but be warned that it does not come with the hardware to hang it nor the perch peg shown. Weird.

I have two of these. One hand o my front porch for birds to shelter in during the winter. They huddle together to keep warm. The other is for my parakeets when they are breeding. It is very well built. If you want a nest depression, use a ball peen hammer to create one because the floor is flat. I wire it to the cage on the outside, over an open access door.

Its what I needed but my birds proceeded to pick it apart like a chew toy.They didn't like it.

Sometimes, what we think would be best for our birds, the birds may not agree. Thankfully, my Rosey Bourkes love this nesting box. So much so, it seemed that in no time, Rosey entered the box and laid two teeny eggs. Bourke plays sentry. I'm a nervous wreck.

Dangerous!If my Budgie Hen wasnt laying eggs in a Coconut I'd have sent this back. I have had to modify it to make it safe.Firstly the box is made of thin wood. Not very durable at all.Secondly the Silver ring on the door was screwed in at an angle so much so that little screw was sticking out the other side. Also the inside of the silver ring is sharp.I have removed this Silver ring and screw to prevent my budgies from getting hurt.

The cage is good quality. Although deffo small for cockatiels. I would highly recommend to add this to the item description so people do not get confused.But they really enjoyed ‘eating ‘ the gage)

It's ok and does the job. It's quite cheap and not particularly well made. The wood is very soft and my birds have already chewed up the perch so not sure how long it will last

Sturdy enough with concave inside, you will need to attach some hooks or something to hang up.
