During covid have been leveraging Amazon for delivery. Plus, prepping for RV trips and boondocking while touring for the book signings. I prefer the taste of organic pasta and Italian made in comparison to American produced.Came across this brand and patiently waited for my sub and save delivery.For a first meal, broke into thirds a half of box. Added organic broccoli. Strained. Mixed with three white cheese sauces: ricotta, mozz, and white cheddar. Including garlic, cracked black pepper, Himalayan pink salt, and pepper flakes.Compared to thinner fettuccini prefer this. Plan it tastes different than what I've grown up with. It's twice as thick. Like a fresh homemade pasta.The meal was fantastic. I'm excited to try it with other variations of meals.I'd caution to pay close attention while cooking if not used to a thick pasta.Typically people add pasta to a high rolling boil water. I add pasta before the boil. The taste for me is best ‘al dente’. Though I don't intend to cook twice. I prefer it just before it's cooked soft. A little firmness. Which works very well for this brand.Also, this makes the pasta a low glycemic index option this way. Meaning the blood sugar doesn't spike from carb overload. Which would be easy to do with this delicious Italian-produced product.Definitely reordering via sub and save⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

While product from Italy, found it to take a long boil to enable eating and then it is a heavy pasta. Would not buy again.I did buy it again! And I will again. I had to learn to adjust the cooking time. Once I figured it out, I love this pasta, smooth, with a kind texture and consistency. This is good Italian pasta.

Received these this morning and tonight I made Shrimp Scampi. The dish was a hit! The pasta cooks really fast at 4 minutes and perfectly al dente. I am gluten intolerant and have found that every time I travel to Europe I have no gluten issues. I thought of the idea of buying pasta from Europe and found this one. Made in Italy and Organic…I took my chances and it paid off!

Best noodles I have tried. The darker yellow the worse the product. This is nice and pale

I really enjoy the texture and flavor of this angel hair pasta. I make homemade red sauce once a week and pretty much only eat thin spaghetti! So this was well worth my purchase. Also, I’m really big with clean organic food, with this pasta not being enriched with other ingredients, that are not necessary, it’s a win win!!

I love Italian pasta because it’s only 1 ingredients … organic durum wheat semolina. White in color not yellow . A repeat purchaser.

Several packages of various types of pasta purchased from this company this past year have molded and had to be thrown out. I enjoy organic pasta but this is too expensive with the amount going bad.
